The property is okay to stay if we don't have any other properties in that area. To get hot water we need to waste two buckets of cold water. Have seen cockroaches in rooms. The room size is very small. But all facilities are available. Charging extra for water bottles other than what's provided. Not quite impressive. The hotel staff is not very welcoming. I had a great stay at The On Time Hotel, Bengaluru. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. The room service was excellent — the food arrived quickly, was well-prepared, and tasted great. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
