The Stables Luxury Holiday CottageThe Stables Cottage is in the grounds of Byreburnfoot House. The Stables luxury holiday cottage, has recently been refurbished. The converted steading is attractively situated with a garden with babeque facilities to the front. The property has a sunny South facing aspect, and pleasant rural views.The area is a haven for wildlife and will suit those simply seeking relaxation, as well as being ideally located for those who enjoy fishing, walking or cycling.The Stables cottage has been sensitively developed to retain the charm of the original building, yet is fitted and equipped to a luxurious modern standard to ensure that guest have a relaxed and pleasant stay. It has three bedrooms, and one en-suite bathroom and one shower room. On the ground level the cottage has an attractive reception hall, a large living room with a solid oak floor, wood burning stove and flat screen TV. There is also an open plan kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, with French doors to the garden.In the lounge there are two sofas and two armchairs with coffee tables.A boiler room with drying facilities and the family shower room are also located on the ground floor.Upstairs in the cottage there are three comfortable bedrooms.A spacious master bedroom with a kingsized bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower over.
