法國奧克西塔尼大區的2 星級飯店

The service is impeccable. I planned to take the bus and leave Albi and a very friendly staff reminded me that the bus service might stop as it was national holiday. Turns out there was indeed no bus service and that could be a problem as I have reserved a non-refundable hotel already in my next destination. The staff (a few in fact) very kindly help me check alternative ways to get to my next destination and connect with my next hotel (I don't speak French). In the end I booked tickets to the nearest train station and the staff helped liaise with my next hotel that offered to pick me up from that train station. Truly appreciate the help!

Mały ale miły hotel. Skromne warunki. Dobra cena. Świetne położenie, w sercu miasta, blisko stacji. Miła obsługa. Dobre śniadanie.

酒店就在圖盧茲馬塔比尤火車站對面不遠處，從馬德里坐夜行巴士到圖盧茲時天還沒亮，擔心酒店沒開門，於是在巴士站等了差不多一個多小時才導航找酒店，卻沒想到巴士站和火車站就挨着。到了酒店，前台是一位女服務員，説明情況後，入住是肯定辦不了的，因為一般都是下午三點辦理，於是存了行李，見酒店的早餐還可以，就付了八歐直接吃了，早餐是按人頭提供的套餐，麪包比較硬但非常好吃，飲料可以隨便喝。早飯後出去溜達到吃了午飯後才回去辦得入住手續，房間是鑰匙開鎖那種，很乾凈，對一個人來説很夠用，出門時把鑰匙交給前台回來後再取。酒店離新橋和加龍河等景點都不遠，我都是溜達着逛的。當時拍了幾張酒店照片的，回國後清理手機相冊放到電腦裏了，懶得往出翻了。總之，是個不錯的酒店。

飯店位置極佳，距離火車站約15分鐘車程，距離機場巴士站僅3分鐘路程。步行即可輕鬆抵達所有熱門旅遊景點和商店/餐廳。所有前台接待人員都非常友好，特別是Nada，她非常熱心地幫我查詢前往城外旅遊景點的公共交通資訊。我要求入住安靜的房間，飯店也滿足了我的要求。房間配有空調、一張寬大舒適的床、柔軟的枕頭，以及雖小但功能齊全的淋浴間和衛生間，牆上還貼心地貼有洗漱用品等。房間面向內部庭院，設有小窗戶，必要時可通風換氣。如果攜帶非常大的行李，房間可能會顯得有些擁擠。考慮到酒店的地理位置和熱情周到的服務，我強烈推薦這家酒店。

飯店位置優越，服務熱情周到。 然而， 房間空間有限，床邊幾乎沒有活動空間。 床的右下角，窗戶下方有一個很大的通風口，由於夜間氣溫會降至冰點以下，冷風會從這個通風口吹進來，我們不得不手動調節暖氣；入住第一晚酒店並沒有告知我們這一點。 清潔程度一般，床底下有零食殘渣，灰塵很多。

房間不大但是佈置的非常温馨，乾淨整潔，讓人覺得非常的舒服，位置不在市中心，但是到各地都不遠，走走逛逛就到了。負責接待的工作人員專業熱情，讓人覺得非常的温暖。值得住的酒店，值得推薦的酒店。給他五星好評。

siamo stati molto bene, albergo in centro, staff molto gentile, ottima la pulizia e cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero, stanza insonorizzata e anche se fuori c'erano le persone fuori dai locali che chiacchieravano fino a tardi non abbiamo sentito niente
