房間設施齊全，熱水壺、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、鍋碗餐具甚至洗潔精洗碗布都有。離景區步行都可到達，離火車站近，去斯特拉斯堡周邊景區坐火車方便。不過離長途汽車站稍微有點遠，但步行也可以到達。圖二、三，從斯特拉斯堡坐火車半小時到科爾馬。圖四、五，火車二十分鐘到斯特塔特站然後公交直達國王城堡。

地理位置絕佳。我住的是複式房，蠻有趣的──一樓睡四個人，二樓睡四個人。床鋪都配有簾子，所以即使有人開燈也不會打擾到你。房間裡有洗手池，隨時可以洗漱。衛生間和淋浴間是整層樓共用的，男女分開，而且都很乾淨。缺點：其中一個儲物櫃壞了，沒有門。我入住期間，那張床沒人睡，但體驗一般。床頭的燈很暗，幾乎不足以讓人睡在床邊。二樓很悶，即使房間裡有大窗戶也一樣。一樓很清新舒適。早餐很奇怪也很簡陋──沒有香腸，沒有肉，也沒有水果。

一切都很好，正如經濟型酒店所期望的那樣。接待員很好，雖然他們不會說英語。辦理入住時唯一的問題是，即使我已經在網上預付了費用，我仍被要求再次支付酒店費用。他們說，當我預付款時，他們沒有從卡中扣費，因為這只是為了預訂房間。所以我當時就在接待處再次付款。然後今天早上，我檢查了兩張卡（用於預付款的一張和在接待處使用的一張）是否已實際收費。現在，我有重複付款，我仍在嘗試與 Trip 客戶服務解決。 此外，第二天早上我們突然被門外的噪音吵醒。有人大聲喊叫/說話，不斷敲打東西。當我打開門時，是個清潔阿姨。如果不應該打擾您的人實際上是在您房間外直接打擾您，那麼在門上貼上「請勿打擾」標誌的目的是什麼？這是我第一次遇到這麼大聲的管家，也是第一次，我們四目相對，管家卻沒有打招呼「早安」。

We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.

房間寬敞,好,乾淨。唯一的事情是接待時間需要適當溝通。我們至少在規定的關閉時間前半小時到達,但已經沒有人了。我們通過trip.com預訂時,沒有收到保險櫃的指示,他們把«晚的客人的所有鑰匙都丟在那裏。但顯然我們甚至沒有像前面提到的遲到,我們在前台關閉時間之前到達。幸運的是,我們遇到了一位先生,他有保險箱的密碼,我們能夠檢索我們的房間鑰匙

Geboekt als overnachtingshotel. Daarvoor was het prima. Het zit wel in een uithoek / op een industrieterrein maar wel rustig en dicht aan de snelweg. Als het goed is, is het adres inmiddels aangepast want dat klopte niet. Wel iets om rekening mee te houden: op zondag (en maandag) is er in de buurt nauwelijks iets open om ‘s avonds te eten. Het ontbijt in het hotel is prima!

El personal muy amable, y dispuesto a ayudar. La chica de la recepción se tomo el tiempo de orientarnos y explicarnos sobre los tours de la zona y las principales cosas que ver. La habitación pequeña, pero estaba limpia. El desayuno cumplia con lo basico. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y con estacionamiento privado.
