Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.

我多次使用這家酒店,通常在冬天,這是夏天的第二次。空調不工作我們的出遊行程,3周後仍然沒有!朋友住了一週後,還是沒有。失望。

Expérience très bonne bonnes impressions sur l'hôtel et propreté garantie

Hôtellerie au niveau. Les pièces ne sont pas grandes, mais a-t-on besoin d'une suite pour une ou quelques nuits ? . Progrès à faire en restauration, des pâtes servies tièdes, refroidissent très vite. Repas ne semblent pas de cuisine traditionnelle ou, et, maison.

這間酒店雖然是B&B, 但給人舒適寧靜，乾淨，安全。而且泊車方便，適合自駕遊人士。房間不太大，但樣樣皆有，但房租就略微過高。

早餐很棒。酒店令人驚訝地令人愉快,但這個工業區保留了一晚的旅行者

Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. L'hôtel est facile d'accès, la terrasse pour profiter du beau temps est un vrai plus! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et assez complet. Le plus: des emplacements de parking pour les motos, près de l'entrée! ❤️

他們再次向我收取費用,聲稱沒有通過旅行預訂收到付款。所以我想從你那裏得到退款,因爲我無法支付兩次。
