感謝錦江之星常州青果巷西新橋店給我帶來的完美初體驗！
第一次入住，從還沒抵達就感受到了温暖。打電話問路時，前台姑娘聲音甜美，耐心指引，讓陌生旅程頓時安心。車剛到門口，已有工作人員主動上前協助停車，熱情又利落。
入住時正值中午，前台得知我還沒吃飯，便貼心推薦了酒店為商務客人準備的午餐套餐。20元一份，實惠又周到，味道樸實可口，真有幾分“家的味道”，瞬間緩解了旅途的疲憊。
這次入住時間雖短，但每一個細節都讓人印象深刻。專業、熱情、貼心——這不僅僅是一家酒店，更像是一個讓人放心的驛站。
十分推薦這家店，無論是商務出行還是休閑遊玩，這裏都能給你温暖細緻的照顧。下次來常州，這裏必定還是我的首選。

提前聯繫主動詢問抵達時間，抵達酒店前台時工作人員已經在等待為我們服務了，酒店位置就在萬達廣場，吃喝非常方便，裏各種熱門景點也很方便，打個車或地鐵都可以到，打車費很便宜；抵達時工作人員在有空房的情況下為我們升級了房型，家庭房非常大，完全夠一家四口入住一點都不用擔心行李箱多無法打開，每天都有阿姨打掃衞生整理床鋪；走的那天在確定後續無人暫訂的情況下給我們安排了延遲退房；總之這次的酒店無論是住宿環境和地理位置都讓我非常滿意

房間很不錯。我這次定了大床房，這間大床房真的太讓人驚喜了！房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失温馨，一進門就感覺特別舒服。
床品質量超讚，床墊軟硬適中，被子輕盈又保暖，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏一樣，一夜好眠到天亮，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。
衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，完全挑不出毛病。還有獨立衞浴，熱水充足水温穩定，洗漱體驗很棒。
窗外視野也不錯，早上拉開窗簾心情都變好了。性價比超高，下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦！

很意外，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。因故要在無錫連續待幾天，選了這家民宿，剛來的時候找不到前台，心裏打鼓。但是到了房間之後覺得夠住了。首選房間設施完好且全面基本滿足生活所需。吃不慣無錫菜，隨便一口小鍋可以自己煮點雞蛋生菜吃。房間挺乾淨的，但是偶爾也發現了兩三衹蟑螂。有房客反映床鋪硬，確實有些，但還能接受，也希望店家可以改進。其實樓下的餐飲店鋪味道還不錯試了三家都沒有翻車，甚至還有些驚喜。另外就是出門就是地鐵站還有充電樁，感覺出行很便捷。對了，打印東西在酒店前台就可以，工作人員都是年輕人，非常好相處。以後來無錫還會來這裏，實惠舒適。

作為重度“睡眠敏感星人”，原本對旅途住宿沒抱太高期待，沒想到這家酒店直接顛覆預期！從踏入大堂的那一刻就被圈粉——暖調燈光搭配原木質感裝修，空氣中飄着淡淡的木質香，前台小姐姐遞來的歡迎茶温度剛好，3分鐘就辦完入住，還細心告知了周邊遊玩路線和餐廳營業時間。
客房空間比圖片更寬敞，床品是軟乎乎的純棉材質，床墊軟硬適中，搭配可調節高度的枕頭，倒頭就睡了個安穩覺，連鬧鐘都沒聽見～ 衞生間乾濕分離做得超棒，品牌衞浴用品香味高級，熱水供應穩定且水温恆定，吹風機功率夠大不用等半天。最驚喜的是隔音效果，把外界噪音隔絕得乾乾淨淨，房間裏安靜到衹能聽見自己的呼吸聲。
住了三天全程體驗在線：客房清潔徹底到床底都沒有灰塵，
無論是商務出行還是家庭度假，這家酒店都值得閉眼沖！性價比超高，花中等價格享受到了堪比五星的服務和設施，已經推薦給身邊所有要去當地的朋友，下次來一定還住這兒～

這家酒店真的超出了預期！位置非常方便，離【地鐵站景點商圈很近。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，睡了個好覺。前台工作人員態度很好，辦理入住非常迅速。性價比超高，下次還會考慮入住！
必須給前台點個大大的贊！特別是前台小姐姐看到我們帶着小朋友還貼心地送了小朋友洗漱用品。這種細節真的很打動人心。入住期間有任何問題響應都很及時，讓人感覺賓至如歸。硬件設施過硬，軟件服務更贊！
位置好，房間乾淨，服務熱情，停車方便，推薦入住！
超出預期的乾淨，床很舒服，周邊吃的很多，下次還來。

SStanley The Travel ManI arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner. I didn’t and still don’t have an eSIM that can make local call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free. I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands. I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.
I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop to Suzhou which was my next destination.
This operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.
After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge . If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass. Do check with the owner for up to date information.
The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.
Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. . There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy. It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances.
The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.
This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.
I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket.

第一次自己來玩，順便體驗合宿生活。
性價比特別高，剛好遇到的姊妹人很好，睡得早，不打呼，各睡各干擾不大。
但，住這種公寓，有個很大的問題，就是生活非常不方便。比如整層樓很多個人公用3個衞生間，4個沐浴間，東西要拿來拿去，還沒地方掛衣服，這真的很尷尬。基本生活用品都有，浴巾要自備，床單要自鋪，比軍訓還累哈哈哈哈哈哈。
地方不算好找，需要電話諮詢服務生才找到。行李，如果有需要可以幫忙寄存，服務貼心。離夫子廟、老門東都不遠，可以步行~

GGlenysMGreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again.
Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy.
The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see.
The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget ＞ mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China.
The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc).
My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell.
In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.

AAleFragola清潔服務有待改進。當你到達房間時，很明顯他們不會在顧客離開後進行深度清潔，因為地板不乾淨，有灰塵、蜘蛛網，房間角落和浴室後面有大量污垢。
推薦：我住的房間的床非常舒適、柔軟。房間裡有一個衣櫃可以存放我的衣服，還有一張大桌子，對我來說非常方便。大樓周圍非常熱鬧，有很多餐館，而且靠近地鐵和火車站（步行距離約 10-15 分鐘）。
缺點：他們應該決定是否希望您提供公寓或飯店服務，他們不太清楚他們的目的是什麼，因為他們不為短期住宿提供飯店服務（例如日常清潔，他們只收垃圾但不清潔浴室和地板），甚至不為長期住宿提供公寓服務（例如洗潔精或做飯的鍋，或自己清潔公寓的東西）。他們提供廚房和洗衣機，但沒有清潔產品或廚房用具，甚至沒有肥皂來清洗他們提供的杯子（很髒）。接待處的工作人員很友好，但非常混亂。第一天，我被鎖在房間外面三次，因為他們無法給我正確的密碼，最後他們給了我一把鑰匙，但每次我都得坐在地板上才能打開它，因為這是門上電子撥號盤的應急鑰匙。
有一天我回來時，清潔女工沒收了我的電卡，儘管冰箱裡還有可能變質的食物。他們說我不應該過度使用電力和空調，否則我應該付更多錢。他們從未在網站上或親自說過這一點。
在沒有為我提供良好的服務後，他們反覆要求我給他們好評並發送五星級評價的截圖，而不是問我如何改進他們的服務。
總的來說，當我預訂時價格是值得的，但現在價格更貴了，我不會再預訂了。

MM513846****是來考試的。老闆特別特別的好。當時考完了，是有空房給我升級了一個房型。60多塊錢住到全屋智能馬桶都是熱的，原諒我沒有見識，但是我不敢相信這是60多塊能得到的待遇。還會很熱情的指路。高鐵站也能接送。光省路費都省多少，真的是，如果要住市中心的話，住他家剛好，往四面八方走都很方便。
