Great experience

One of my favorite places in VT. The drive up the mountain offers great views. Dont forget to visit the ammunition bunker a little further up the road. Motorcycle only as the road narrows to a path.

Take the time to find someone to escort you up the winding road to view the cannon. Very interesting. Try contacting someone via Bellys Bar. Most helpful.

Great views from the gun emplacements and interesting history. No crowds and you're able to just wander around at your leisure.
