美國俄亥俄州的3 星級飯店

Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful! The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment... And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

Traveling for a death in the family, upon our arrival, which was a little bit past the 3:00PM check in we were informed they were short staffed in housekeeping and a room wasn't yet available and if we were OK with a handicap room, I had no problem because I am disabled . No biggie, we went out for dinner. The problem was we didn't receive a phone call until after 6PM, 3 hours past the time that you could check in and our room was a standard room, clearly not to aid in handicapped people . Had there been a viewing service that evening, it would of been an major issue because we had to put our belongings in another family members room. We looked past that. When we finally got in our room there was like 2 pieces of toilet paper on the roll with no extra rolls available. Again, no biggie, went to the front desk and they took care of it quickly. Day of the funeral, go to take a shower, no body wash. Again, front desk was notified and they took care of it. Our final night, I was woken up by a clock alarm coming from another room that woke me up way to early than the time I had my own alarm set. I wasn't about to go and try to locate this mysterious alarm and have it shut off, but the alarm rang well over 15 to 20 mins. The hot tub was nice to relax, but sand was on the bottom of it, and the pool was extremely cold to me. I will say the staff that was on sight were very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability considering their lack of people to do required jobs and I did appreciate there was parking for Veterans. If I were traveling just with my wife and children I would of opted for a different hotel, but seeing how this was the location my family decided for all of us to go so we could be together in our time of mourning, it is what it is. I will not be looking into this chain of hotels for a future travel plans.

我與前台工作人員有一個非常令人失望和不舒服的體驗。 我於週日01遊行下午12:30左右到達酒店,禮貌地詢問是否可以提前入住。前台工作的兩名婦女告訴我,直到下午4:00才有房間可用。我說沒關係,我會在大堂等待。 不過等的時候,其他幾個客人到了,馬上入住了,很清楚房間都有,讓情況感覺不公平。 後來,我再次與正在辦理入住的同一位客人走近桌子,說我今天預訂了,前台接待員表現得好像什麼都沒發生,看上去明顯很生氣。 在辦理入住時,她試圖再次爲預訂收取我的卡,儘管我的預訂已經在網上全額支付。當我看到金額並詢問它是什麼時,她無法清楚地解釋。我不得不再次告訴她,預訂已經付了。 然後兩位接待員開始檢查系統,在其他客人面前顯得惱怒和緊張。最後他們解釋說每天有50美元的保證金,我完全理解並同意。 然而,他們試圖再次收取錯誤的金額,我不得不再次質疑,然後他們最終糾正了正確的存款金額。 總體來說,情況非常不舒服,不專業。首先,我被告知要等到下午4點,而其他客人則被辦理入住,然後我不得不處理從一開始就應該清楚的收費混亂。 酒店設施不錯,但前台服務很失望,需要改進。

這家酒店極其乾淨，生活設施一應俱全，酒店附近有一個超大的沃爾瑪超市，購物方便。早餐一般，早餐地點比較小，略顯擁擠。

這家酒店老化,但位置太棒了!我們前往克利夫蘭,爲我兒子的騎士隊比賽生日旅行。到達後,代客非常擁擠。沒有人出來歡迎我們什麼的,所以我以爲所有的代客都是在外面停車的,相反,其中三個在裏面,笑着說,任何地方都沒有提到費用,所以結賬時對$50/day收費很驚訝。考慮到退房時他們花了一個小時把我的車帶回我,我會說收費太誇張了。當我們去辦理入住時,我很驚訝他們需要一張信用卡才能持有200美元。我預付了,預計他們需要一張存檔的卡,而不是持有資金。無論如何,我們的第一個房間似乎不錯。它有一個令人驚歎的火箭競技場景色。但是,我決定休息一分鐘,當我看着天花板時,它正在崩潰!!考慮到大樓的年齡,這是我決定給通行證的東西。然而,當我起牀洗澡時,牆上有一大簇長長的棕色頭髮,這對我來說太多了。去前台,他們對問題很好,很快把我們搬到了另一個房間,房間基本,有鐵衣櫃,兩瓶水,咖啡機和咖啡,迷你冰箱。房間的電視很大,很不錯。退房很容易,只是一個大廳裏擠滿了人都在等着他們的車出現!唯一能說的就是通過Trip支付了至尊房,只給了標間,所以Trip和酒店一定溝通不暢,要警惕...

酒店位於市中心,到我們想參觀的所有景點。雖然停車場不對,但它在步行一小段路程到酒店的一個有蓋的停車場,費用包含在我們的住宿中!前廳看起來很新,乾淨閃亮。前台工作人員熱情,友好,樂於助人。酒店房間很乾淨,適合我們2個人,並配備了您通常期望的設施。我們有一張特大牀,很舒服,雖然枕頭相當柔軟,儘管我們每個人都有兩個枕頭,我們可以用1或2個枕頭來更舒適。 包括的自助早餐做得很好,因爲我們吃食肉飲食,對我們來說有很多選擇。咖啡是很好的,就像你在星巴克一樣。我不知道她的名字,但保持自助餐滿滿的工作人員絕對是我見過的最努力的工作個人之一。她很友好,包容和卓越,酒店應該適當獎勵她。 我們住宿的唯一缺點是,在那裏的第二天,我們在觀光後的第二天晚些時候返回,我們的房間沒有客房服務。我打電話給前台,入住我們的工作人員告訴我,他們忘記告訴我們,客房服務只是隔天。工作人員確實爲我們提供了額外的毛巾,但是牀被翻了,用過的毛巾被帶走了,這將是很好的。

我們喜歡我們在克利夫蘭市中心的Drury Plaza的住宿!工作人員都很好。這個地區的大多數酒店和價格範圍都沒有游泳池或水療中心,所以游泳區感覺就像獎金!很乾淨,非常愉快。他們提供的開球是驚人的!這是酒店價格中包含的整個晚餐!每位成人入住3杯成人飲料!他們是經典飲料,想想蔓越莓伏特加和威士忌和可樂。早餐也很美味!它提供的不僅僅是正常的酒店歐陸式早餐,用餐區超級乾淨,跟上得很好。我們步行5分鐘到藍軍之家音樂會。步行很海峽向前到市中心地區!酒店本身挺乾淨的。有點過時(沒有USB插座,管道明顯老舊,排水有點慢,小電視,舊地毯)但並沒有真正從它古老的時代獨特的魅力中帶走所有的大理石和燈光。牀和枕頭超級舒適!我兒子確實提到他希望自己帶一條舒適的毯子,bc他們的很薄。如果我們在該地區,我們一定會再次入住這家酒店!我們還會考慮在旅行時入住不同的Drury地點!

我們享受的。 我們提供了一個殘疾人無障礙的寬敞2大牀房,完全更新,1樓有很多照明。房間裏的一切都很乾淨,穿衣讓你有賓至如歸的感覺。淋浴區沒有浴缸,淋浴足夠大,適合2人。在辦理入住時,我們遇到了一個友好的員工,微笑着。獲取房間鑰匙就像爲他們停車場提供身份證和車輛類型一樣簡單。  我們不喜歡的東西。 牀上的枕頭都裝了一半,三個人都花了一個舒適的枕頭。右邊的牆壁上第一個大牀是屁股,每次有人在建築物的一側沖廁所時都會發出噪音。聽起來像沖水從牆上流過。我們只是說我們入住期間沒有太多睡眠。  前台助理也在處理早餐,很粗魯,在我們還在吃“早餐9:30結束”時拒絕爲我們的孩子提供額外的飲料。下次我們留在該地區時,我們會在其他地方找到,即使這是進一步的驅動。
