地理位置挺好的，離機場不是最近的但也還可以，出了機場2層行李出口處紅色牌子的地方可等酒店大巴，每半小時一趟，一定注意：看到大巴要招手，大巴才會停！ 大巴司機服務態度非常好！幾個司機都特別nice！點贊👍 酒店設施什麼的一般，前台服務一般，客房服務人員倒是挺友好的。酒店洗澡的水和洗手池的水都比較小，是否是加州要求節約用水的緣故。價格是周圍幾個酒店裡較低的，但早於規定的入住時間要額外收取費用，建議提前和酒店確定好。

嗯，酒店是“老前輩”，絕對低於 Trip.com 網站上可見的平均排名。辦理入住手續很快，只需步行/開車很短的時間即可到達指定的大樓。大樓裡的走廊看起來和聞起來都像 1970 年代，所以一開始很震驚，但房間要好一點。風格老舊，但睡一晚還可以。早餐－與這個價格範圍內的任何美國連鎖飯店一樣，食物品質低劣。總的來說我不會再來了。

我和家人在舊金山國際機場旅行，在 Chancellor 酒店住了 3 晚，由於一些預訂問題，我無法正常入住，Chancellor 的工作人員幫助了我，特別是 VIVIAN，她非常友好，耐心地一步步幫助我，最終解決了我的問題，我非常感謝！其他工作人員也非常友好，總的來說，我們對我們的住宿非常滿意，我一定會把這家酒店推薦給我的朋友，並再次回來。我會給這家酒店評為 5 + 星！ ！ ！

沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，沒有熱水壺，有微波爐、冰箱，洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露都有，水流特別大，早餐西式簡餐，總體來説還是不錯，雖然設施陳舊，但還算乾淨舒適，空調也可以，自動調冷暖模式，免費停車

房間挺好的，就在戴維斯downtown，出酒店門，往前走一個紅綠燈路口右轉就來到戴維斯小鎮，有吃飯的有咖啡店算，嗯，酒店的對面就是一個電影院，酒店1樓是在戴維斯還算比較有名的西餐店吧

為了還車方便選擇假日酒店，還車後拖着箱子走了大約15分鐘，有行人專道，還可以。房間不大，過渡一夜是可以的，洗手間比較小，最奇怪的沒有浴簾。我們在美國2個月，這家空調噪音是最小的。早餐有草莓和藍莓，其它的一般。房間裏的咖啡和茶都不錯。

辦理入住: 前台是沒有人的，衹有一台機器，酒店人員遠程辦理入住。
環境：戴維斯相對比較安全，樓棟需要刷卡進去。沒有早餐，健身房不是24小時的，開放的時間比較短。衹有兩層，沒有電梯。

Very dissatisfied, the parking structure is underneath and if u have a suv, the door might and will hit the roof. The restroom did not have a working ventilation, the shower head was dripping water from the lower dispenser of water. A/C works 10 out of 10.

我在洛杉磯住了兩晚，去道奇體育場看棒球比賽。飯店靠近體育場和聯合車站，地鐵兩站就到了。
雖然「KAWADA」這個名字讓我想起了一家日本飯店，但飯店裡沒有日本員工。不過，工作人員非常友好，樂於助人。
雖然建築本身帶有復古氣息，但房間非常乾淨。房間和浴室設施齊全。
飯店有電熱水壺可以燒水，所以我享用了免費的咖啡和綠茶。我一定會再入住這裡。

訪訪客用戶My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised.
Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience.
Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website.
Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price.
The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet.
Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

HHONGXUN酒店位置在一個十字路口，對麪是golden-gate park,公園不錯。離UCSF較近，參觀medical center 方便些。早餐典型的美式早餐簡餐，還好！

Ddonggo中規中矩，位置好，旁邊就是台灣餐廳和in out漢堡，safeway超市等等，走出去是公園，價格稍貴，房間一般大。

訪訪客用戶設施：設施完備，沒想到還有小冰箱，這一點我非常滿意，除此之外，還有滴濾式咖啡機可以現沖咖啡，對於商務旅行的人士比較貼切。
衞生：沒有像評論區説的衞生有太大問題，我認為總體比較乾淨。
環境：周圍處在高速路旁邊，難免會有川流不息的車流聲，這裏也是通往洛杉磯市中心的必經之路之一，關上窗子後就還好。然後這裏還有泳池和二十四小時健身房，沒來得及去看，但我覺得這個價位已經很不錯了。環境也比較安全。
服務：服務人員很友好。
除此之外，我留意到這是個華商酒店，酒店很多指示牌都有中文，房間內也有中國的繪畫。
早餐雖然比較簡單，基本都是預製菜，但是該有的都有，我覺得已經夠好了。隔壁還有個**，但是沒看過裏面啥樣，很新奇。

訪訪客用戶酒店位置距機場很近，接送車很多且方便。房間整潔衞生，睡覺很安靜。周邊有大超市，漢堡店，星巴克，便利店等，次日換乘飛機的客人適合入住。就是早餐是西式的，有些單調，不過餐廳有熱水機供開水，出乎我的意料，不愛吃西餐的，用來沏茶，泡麪很方便。

LLyn R.前台服務和員工都很棒！週末為了看道奇隊的比賽，我們在這裡住了一晚。選擇這家酒店是因為其他附近的酒店停車費每晚要40到60美元，而這家酒店每晚15美元，我覺得價格合理。我沒想到這是一家全新的酒店，而且這家酒店真的很棒。唯一的小問題是我們房間裡的冰箱要么壞了，要么沒插電，所以我不得不扔掉一杯水果，不過這沒什麼大不了的。以後每次來這裡看比賽，我一定還會住在這裡。

訪訪客用戶我預訂了一個停車位，當我試圖停車時，那裡的工作人員說我必須先付款。我去了前台，被告知我可以稍後付款。於是我回到停車位告訴工作人員，但他們說不行，我必須先付款。我回到前台再次告訴他們，他們說沒關係，我可以稍後付款。門打不開，所以我請前台工作人員陪我去停車位。我以為這樣可以解決問題，但停車場工作人員又說不行。他們似乎只會說西班牙語，所以我最後找了一個會說西班牙語的朋友幫我稍後付款，但當時已經很晚了，所以很困難也很累。

訪訪客Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
