It is a budget hotel that feels more like a 4 star one be cause the overall experience was very good. The front desk staf are super nice and everything worked without complaints! It is clean and comfortable.

室外服務器很有禮貌,吹風機風速很大。
缺點
1.早餐選擇有限4/4早餐6:10上午,少了好多菜。
4/5早餐一切都好
2.衛生間水很少,熱水冷熱交替。
3.早上9點55分退房,讓我站30分鐘。
只有一個櫃檯服務員。
沒有看到別人的幫助是非常可扣除的。

強烈推薦!工作人員彬彬有禮,善良。不太擁擠的度假村。我們在入住時做的第一件事就是檢查我們的房間,如果我們需要更換它。我們訂了2間房間,但由於空調漏水,需要要求更換我們的房間之一。他們很友善地更換我們的房間。房間很冷,很乾淨。
早餐還行。以後需要一些增強。
總的來說,我們喜歡我們的住宿,孩子們喜歡他們的游泳池和海濱。

Place was classic and it bringas you back to old Filipino times. I really love the fact that the hotel is very Filipino, it is located where Calle Crisologo is. They have well preserved the hotel. Service is also nice. The room is clean but take note since it is a classic hotel the floor is made of wood and there is a loud sound everytime your will walk in the floor. I didn’t upload the hotel inside but I did upload photos pf what you will see as soon as you step out of the hotel. They have kalesa/carriage at the front of the hotel. And you will see everything you wanted to see in the area by checking-in in this hotel.

可能是博利瑙地區最好的酒店。優秀的景觀,游泳池,花園,兒童區。
唯一的缺點,真的有點是工作人員服務。我給這個標記,因爲他們真的沒有幫助爲周圍的標誌性建築,特別是對於巨人提供旅遊信息 - 對我來說,這個地區周圍的真正寶藏。
除此之外,它真的是一個去和住宿的地方 - 周圍沒有酒店可以比較。

It is good location, but the hotel need improvement the sliding door of the toilet and the shower wasn’t good. It’s hard to open and close. They don’t have wash clothes,
There food wasn’t good they change the menu without telling us. I order a bangus with fruit cocktail the server said they don’t have they change it without knowing. They should tell a front so we know.
Btw it was a good comfort over all for the families.
The service need their customer service. Just thankful and grateful.

LLiezl Valdez有點失望kasi pagpasok mo palang ng房間不完整siya。Wala man lang naka穩定na杯子,水,sabon,牙膏等印地語清爽ang amoy和廁所浴室不乾淨。還有梅多納普亞特卡西到12點在梅卡薩馬龐巴達播放音樂。他們甚至沒有考慮Yung毯子na hndi kasya yun sa isang tao lang所以pinabayaran支付額外的毯子很好事實上dapat tig isa naman dapat yun kasi bayad naman yung房間爲6。
但積極的一面是馬巴瓦伊特永工作人員尼拉在度假村的位置是Maganda dahil malalapit siya sa mga旅遊景點sa bolinao。

訪訪客用戶這是我和我的丈夫和妻子第一次去菲律賓。當我從巴吉奧乘公共汽車到達比根時,這座城市很安靜,人很少,我有點害怕,但是前台和入口處的警衛々笑着歡迎我,我真的很高興這很好。大廳和房間簡單,乾淨,令人放心。該位置面對一條平靜的街道,但是在清晨,您會聽到摩托車的聲音和附近的學校的聲音,因此,如果您對聲音敏感,則需要耳塞。這是我再次來比根時想要使用的酒店。

匿匿名用戶Decided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room.
It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin!
Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin.
Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️
Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

訪訪客用戶I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

不過對Trip.com預訂和退款流程很失望,本來訂了兩間房,但其中一間突然被酒店和trip.com取消了。已經7天了,我仍然沒有收到任何關於退款的更新,很難聯繫他們 。更令人沮喪的是,取消不是我結束的 - 他們取消了預訂,但退款過程花了太長時間。
因爲這個問題,不得不緊急找另一家酒店,再支付一次費用來支付我們住宿的費用,希望Trip.com和酒店改善他們的客房供應更新和客服,避免這種麻煩給以後的客人。
