During my recent stay, I found the room to be modern and comfortable. However, a persistent sewer-like odor from the bathroom significantly impacted my experience. Despite running the exhaust fan continuously, the smell remained, causing considerable discomfort and affecting the overall ambiance of the room. The breakfast offerings were limited, likely due to low occupancy at the time, which is understandable. While the quality was satisfactory, the selection left me desiring more variety and flavor. The staff was courteous and accommodated my orders by the pool, though the service was somewhat slow. On a positive note, the cocktail was enjoyable, the pool area provided excellent views, and the beach was delightful. In summary, the unpleasant odor in the bathroom overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.

我和朋友非常開心，因為飯店房間完全符合我們的預期，和圖片一模一樣。一開始我們還有些懷疑，怕實物跟圖片不符，或是騙局，但事實證明我們沒問題。房間的海景真的太棒了！ ！ 💗💗

優點:很多人都寫了關於他們的信,我再提兩個。 室外服務器很有禮貌,吹風機風速很大。 缺點 1.早餐選擇有限4/4早餐6:10上午,少了好多菜。 4/5早餐一切都好 2.衛生間水很少,熱水冷熱交替。 3.早上9點55分退房,讓我站30分鐘。 只有一個櫃檯服務員。 沒有看到別人的幫助是非常可扣除的。 優點 上面很多人寫 再提兩個 外場服務員很有禮貌 吹風機 風速大 缺點 1. 早餐 選擇性很少 4/4早餐6:10進去用餐 很多菜都沒補上 4/5 早餐 一切正常 2. 浴室水量很小 熱水忽冷忽熱 3.早上9:55退房 讓我站30分 櫃檯小姐才一位 沒有看到其他人員幫忙 很扣分

清的酒店,裝備好。房間簡單幹淨。酒店有點孤立,只有2個餐廳周圍,沒有商店。理想休息,但很遠的維根。早餐很不錯,很。工作人員很人,笑着。唯一負面的就是非常髒的游泳池,從來沒有清理過。性價比很高。

入住的家庭房,挺大的,設施齊全。標準雙人間的朋友抱怨牀小。酒店設計很好,位於中心,離Placa Dr Burgos只有幾步之遙。 儘管如此,我們只能推薦短暫停留,因爲酒店前面的馬路非常吵鬧,大聲的音樂儀式醒來很早,持續了幾個小時 不過房間價格很ok。考慮沒有行李服務,沒有電梯可用。

Decided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room. It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin! Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin. Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️ Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

一次愉快的住宿。我升級到套房,房間大小要好得多。陽台景色也不錯。工作人員彬彬有禮,友好。沒有嘗試早餐。我會再次入住

相當乾淨和不錯的酒店,位於Calle Crisologo附近。工作人員也很友好和樂於助人。如果我再次去維岡,我肯定會住在這家酒店。
