The property seems like new, as evident in the towels, linens, and fixtures. I have tried several Go Hotels property, which are very basic.. so this is the my first “Plus” and I was pleasantly surprised of the interiors and the quality of linens, and even the amenities (e.g., toothbrush, slippers) which are lacking in the “basic” go hotels. The space seems bigger too. I just hated that they still carried the separate bathroom and shower thing.. it’s a feature of Go Hotels that I always hated. Nonetheless, the “Plus” went beyond my expectations. The breakfast was of good value to the amount we paid. But if you’re adding breakfast after you have booked the hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it coz it’ll be more expensive.
Now, I don’t mind paying more to get the “Plus”
The place is good but it is far a bit from the city. Good thing we have a motorcycle to visit the tourist spots we want to see. The room is clean and best for a long stay and group vacation. Can recommend to other friends. The pool is warm due to the reason that it was a rainy day. So far, the hotel is simple and peaceful.

AAireiz JoyDuring our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.
