入住特魯洛酒店真是太棒了!我和丈夫在11月中旬預訂了我們的住宿,這是普利亞淡季的開始。當我們到達時,禮賓/經理Ugo親切地將我們升級爲閣樓/高級住宿。太棒了!他親自帶我們來到我們迷人的Trullo,它不僅乾淨得無可挑剔,而且完全現代化,儘管是一個歷史悠久的陳舊結構。我們在一個寒冷的日子到達,發現大理石地板是加熱的,非常烤!大牀很舒服,更新的浴室很大,有一個巨大的淋浴。小房子甚至有一個設備齊全的現代化廚房,如果一個人要呆更長的時間。

即使對於家庭來說，這也是一個絕佳的地方。距離火車站很近，特拉尼的每個景點都很近，步行不到15分鐘。早餐很棒，就像一個緩衝劑。我很享受為期五天的預訂。

酒店位置優越,離海灘很近,離鎮中心步行即可,探索區域輕鬆愉快。還有停車場供應不錯,很方便。
不過晚上沒有很好的體驗,煙霧探測器直接放在牀頭上方,每隔幾秒鐘就閃爍綠色LED燈,這讓休息極其困難。
爲了能睡覺,不得不把牀墊從臥室搬出來,放在靠近衛生間的走廊裏,遠離光線,在酒店環境中顯然是不能接受的。
這是應該重新考慮的事情,要麼調整位置,要麼減少光線的影響。
總的來說,雖然位置是一個強點,但這個問題嚴重影響了我的住宿。

Guy de maupassant odiava così tanto la tour eiffel che per pranzare sceglieva sempre il ristorante al suo interno per apprezzare il panorama di Parigi senza il mostro di ferro.
Con le debite proporzioni, lo stesso vale per l'hotel bellavista.
Palazzo a specchi fuori contesto in una città bassa ed a ridosso della città.
Però...
Dall'interno, godi di vista meravigliosa.
Stanza grandi con tante vetrate che offrono uno spaccato della città e sull'infinito.

訪訪客用戶Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

房間很乾淨,很現代,還有一個陽台,位置也很好,離巴里市中心有點遠。

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

Ppaulrob200Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.

PPollyOTRThis is one of those big old hotels that was once probably quite fancy but it now very faded and tired (but as such also cheap and totally acceptable for a short stay). The location is great. In the middle of downtown Taranto. I was there Sat night and it was buzzing. But my room (328) looked out onto the internal courtyard which was a little miserable but at least not noisy. As to facilities…they work. Shower was hot but slow. Large air con unit installed in the room was ugly but worked. Single bed small and hard but quite adequate. About 30min walk from the station but a beautiful walk along the harbour.
