Dear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. 服務滿意，地理位置不錯。旁邊就有大超市和中國飯店，步行10分鐘到大教堂和市中心，步行20幾分鐘到舊港。 設施：很好 衞生：很乾凈 環境：出行比較方便，機場接送Flybus接駁車直接到門口。 服務：前台很熱情很友好，響應速度很快。

位置很好,乾淨,廚房齊全,所以我可以做點什麼吃我想。 靠近公共汽車站,超市,餐館和剷球的地方。 前台在回答我的要求時也非常有幫助。延長我的卡付款問題。 謝謝,我會回到下一個地方

感覺還不錯，距離市中心不算很近，走路去大教堂要半個小時。但是價格在冰島還算可以，並且報團的話巴士都可以到門口來接，還算方便

租車停車位充足，停車方便，停車簡單舒適。清晨退房和歸還鑰匙都很方便，前一天晚上還送來了盒裝早餐。

自助check-in，但各位trip.com的用戶得不到住宿方的訂房代碼，所以還是要找櫃檯以護照號碼查詢訂房代碼再自助入住，希望可以改進這個奇怪的流程。 市中心鬧區之中，走路到附近景點還算方便。如果是自駕的朋友要注意附近都是P1停車格，要走到P3停車格約5-10分鐘的路程。 大廳即是把台、自助加熱區，加熱裝置只有微波爐和一個熱壓烤盤。有付費自助飲料吧、啤酒吧、酒吧，可以自行調酒，製作自己所愛的風味。 女生衛浴有吹風機，但是男生衛浴沒有吹風機。3F可以看天空泡露天溫泉，水溫適當，可惜只能到晚上21:30。希望可以宣導洗完澡後才能去泡湯。

令我驚訝的是，儲物櫃居然只在早上9點以後開放！ ！ ！ （只有前台工作人員在的時候才開放）。 我原本打算把行李放進置物櫃，因為隔天早上7點我要趕早班車！ ！下次請把置物櫃設計成24小時開放的吧😅😅 不過，我還是找到了辦法──走到汽車站把行李寄存在置物櫃裡。附上一張凌晨12點光線充足的照片😊

酒店位置不錯，可以停車，晚上走到教堂也很方便，早餐中規中矩，就是前台check in要刷信用卡，有點不認可，同時，住宿衞生間的空間狹小，箱子也難展開，衞生間淋浴時水都流到外面，感覺比較簡陋，冰島的住宿條件確實一般。

住得很舒服，只是覺得其他住客開門關門的聲響很吵，我3次被驚醒，希望可以加一些軟墊，減低躁音。 大家亦可以在地庫那層找到 洗衣房 和 吹風筒，非常親切的guesthouse. 自己亦很喜歡每房都自設 水龍頭，可以隨時洗手洗臉。

也許是我期望冰島的飯店服務普遍較差，甚至幾乎沒有服務，但我的預訂、入住前的溝通以及與員工的整體互動都糟糕透頂。除了偶爾遇到的幾位飯店員工，其他服務幾乎不存在。 預訂過程本身就很糟糕，加上應用程式出錯，飯店拒絕直接溝通，而且在整個過程中，他們所謂的「回電」都是謊言，簡直是一場噩夢。話雖如此，最終的評價是：還好吧？至少是個可以休息的地方。早餐確實很糟糕，但就像前面說的，也許是我自己期望太高了。 千萬別點早餐，也別用那台咖啡/可可機，它常常壞掉或沒咖啡。去附近的超市買點東西吧。
