Dear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the discrepancy between your booking confirmation and the layout of the apartment provided. We understand that you expected two bathrooms based on the information provided by your booking agent. However, we would like to clarify that all of our two-bedroom apartments at Eir Apartments are designed with one bathroom. It appears there is a technical error in how the property is being advertised on *******, and we have already raised an urgent ticket with them to investigate and correct this listing immediately. While we understand this does not change the physical layout of your current unit, we value your comfort and want to make this right. As a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused your group, we would like to offer the following: A compensation of 70 EUR, which will be processed back to you. A complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM on your departure date (June 10th), allowing you and your guests more time to relax on your final morning. We truly hope you will accept this offer as a sincere apology for the confusion. We are committed to ensuring the remainder of your stay in Reykjavik is enjoyable, and we appreciate your patience while we work with the booking platform to rectify their description of our property. Please let us know if you accept this arrangement, and we will finalize the details for you.

Very basic accommodation. I stayed in a very small room with shared WC and showers, both of which were very clean. Very convenient location. No lift but a luggage room.
