「Uniqueness: this is the only decent option to stay for tourists at amarkantak. Pros: tents are surrounded by flowering plants. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Service is prompt. Food is simple yet tasty, it is pure veg, hygienic and special requests are attended with a smile. We got our requests of jain food and without chilli also prepared quickly. Cons: hygiene: avarage. Rooms too small. Tents clothes are way old, need to be more thoroughly cleaned and we'll ventilated. Caustion: do not travel to amarkantak without a full time hired vehicle. It is very difficult to find timely and reasonable travel options. Mpt holiday homes is 1 km from main narmada temple. There is a steep slope in the road near mandir. Kalchuri temple complex closes at sunset so plan your visit accordingly. M. P.
