The hotel is amazing and near to beach. I visited the hotel twice, 1st on 07th Mar and later again on 14th Mar. It was the best hotel so far i visited goa with this price range.
The room is spacious with good bedding and chairs .
The food is delicious which includes both breakfast and dinner.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The beach is 500mts from the hotel and one of the cleanest and decent beach of goa.
Lots of nearby attractions so if u are visiting goa then you should definately consider Meraden Opus
Property location is good, close to colva beach. Food is also good and staff is helpful. Swimming pool is in good maintained condition.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

訪訪客The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.
訪訪客用戶Interiors are in good condition. Its superb. Room was clean however the cleaning was done only by wiping throughly. Seen dust on the cornersbin the rooms and bottom of tea tray. No space after keeping bed. No way to dry towel and wet clothes. Bathroom is very small in size one can not easily moce while having bath. Repeatedly poking toilet commode. The name of the room is executive but it's really a small sized lowest category of room and the price is little hire compared to similar sized rooms in other property.
