英國德文郡的3 星級飯店

The hotel is in a very picturesque location, overlooking a lake. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and prices for a stay are very reasonable. Having said that, the completely uncalled for surly, unfriendly and distinctly unhelpful of one member of staff at reception when we returned to the hotel after going to the Newton Abbot races soured the overnight stay for our group of 7. Firstly, after serving drinks to two members of our group, who arrived at the hotel ahead of the rest of us, he didn't allow them to take the drinks outside to a veranda area so they could have a smoke and could provide no good reason for refusing the polite request. Secondly, when the rest of us arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm the bar was shut and he refused to serve us any drinks, even though we asked politely, merely wanting one more drink before going to bed. He was also curt, rude and distinctly unhelpful when we asked him to point us in the direction of our rooms, giving one word answers and seeming to regard us all as a hindrance to him. All in all, this experience made us regret our choice of hotel and we are disinclined to return to the hotel in future. A further gripe was that the breakfast service was poor and slow, with cooked breakfasts taking 25 minutes to arrive and many key items missing and not replenished unless guests specifically asked, including cups, tea bags, sugar and orange juice,

基本上想離開,但不喜歡氛圍,所以就走了。但是,工作人員很棒,房間很乾淨,想走的時候也能離開。還有現場音樂,音樂家不錯。有很好的舞池。

我們發現在這家酒店住宿很方便,就在M5高速公路旁,就像一個單獨的公寓,我們可以停在我們酒店房間外面,都是地面水平。,房間乾淨整潔有電視,牀很舒服,有額外的枕頭和暖氣。, 他們在門廳裏有更多的廁所,包括早餐,價格真的是一流的。

29/04/2025。我們去過懸崖酒店三次,一樓有一個俱樂部房間,他們是不錯的大房間,但這次我們在二樓,我們的房間很小,幽閉恐懼症,不像預訂中的照片。我們要求換一個房間,前台的那個人說明天早上見我,如果有更大的房間你可以有。當天晚些時候,我的伴侶去前台爲我們預訂了一張晚餐的桌子。當她預訂桌子時,前台的女士說沒有其他房間可以擁有。酒吧服務員非常有禮貌,很高興聊天。我們晚上只吃了一頓魚,薯條找不到多少魚,都是麪糊。其他餐食gammon和薯條gammon會很好的修復鞋底上的鞋底。去當地的薯條店絕對漂亮。我們使用了室內游泳池,很好,很乾淨。花園很可愛,啤酒很貴。去歡樂的水手酒吧,飲料價格優惠。前台不是很有幫助。我不明白酒店爲什麼把帶狗的人放在二樓,因爲當你下到入口時狗想上廁所時,狗已經在地毯上撒尿了。幸運的是,我們的狗可以抱着她的尿,她足夠小,可以攜帶。我跟着其他人和他們的狗一起看到它。總的來說,我們這次的住宿非常失望。

位置好。沒有使用不需要的設施。好地方只是爲了休息你的頭

一如既往,接待處我們受到友好的接待和微笑的歡迎,我們在入住時間之前到達,但他們總是檢查是否可以找到房間。在這個場合,他們不是很高興地把我們的行李拿進去,這樣我們就可以去享受下午的時間,而不用擔心帶着他們。 入住快捷簡單,我們在入住5分鐘內就進入了我們的房間。房間寬敞乾淨清新。這次我們得到了雙牀房,這很完美,因爲我和一個朋友而不是伴侶一起旅行。 牀超級舒服,枕頭很棒。 淋浴真的很好,水壓很好,提供的沐浴露也很可愛。 早餐是普通熟食的大量選擇,一切都新鮮美味,培根略微煮熟,但其餘都很棒。糕點的選擇也不錯。 大陸酒店也是一個選擇。還提供新鮮果汁和熱飲料。 總的來說,我認爲另一個5*住宿,作爲一個普通用戶,將在nr未來再次返回!謝謝希爾頓。

Lovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.  The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep  To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.  Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.  All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.

Room could do with dusting and shower had allways put towels on floor to keep bathroom floor dry but other than that loverly stay
