比較一般，房間中等大小，主要是隔音比較差，住在一樓可以聽見前台和街上的聲音，文字也不少。但是這家酒店的早餐很不錯

+房間舒適,早餐不錯。酒店位置靠近地鐵旅遊站。前台有免費咖啡。 建議:浴室的瓷磚溼時很滑,吸水的地巾會使廁所和水槽的使用更加舒適。

聖地亞哥的優越位置。乾淨,大,舒適的房間。工作人員都非常有禮貌,以客戶爲導向。Tapas餐廳的食物和服務太棒了。包括的自助早餐也很棒。這裏的客戶服務非常出色。往返STI的免費班車也是一大優勢。聖地亞哥的UBER司機試圖對所有機場接機收取過多費用,並要求以現金支付。酒店班車司機就在抵達門外等待我,非常感謝。

A Solid 3-Star Hotel with Excellent Staff, But Some Major Drawbacks We recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it as a good three-star property. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff — incredibly caring, attentive, and always eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference during our stay. That said, there were a few significant downsides: Lighting: The rooms are extremely dark, with minimal natural or artificial light, which made the space feel gloomy and impractical. Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast was completely inedible. After the first day, we gave up and ended up ordering McDonald's every morning instead. Noise: The hotel has a nightclub on site, which makes it very noisy at night. The music from the club and the sound of guests walking and talking in the hallways continued well into the early hours. In summary, the hotel could be a decent choice if you're not sensitive to noise and don’t mind sourcing your own breakfast — but it’s really the staff who elevate the experience.
