房间很大，床很舒服，浴室淋浴区有门，不会弄得到处都是水。洗发水质量很好，味道也不错。早餐高于平均水平，选择很多。 网络/Wi-Fi速度很慢，不适合办公。洗手液用完了，但管理员没有补充。所谓的双人床房其实不是真正的双人床，而是两张单人床拼在一起的。

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

🚗 Fantastic Stay with Amazing Free Parking and Wonderful Staff! 🚗 If you are looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to stay in Munich—especially if you are traveling by car—Hotel Blutenburg is an excellent choice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

Fairly cheap and conveniently located hotel in downtown Munich. Good for a quick sleep and layover before heading to another location.

來慕尼黑這家酒店非常推薦👍前台帥哥美女都很耐心服務，我們到早了行李箱🧳寄存，晚上回來發現還幫我送房間了👍美女前台怕我沒聽懂用英文德語都給我演示説明瞭晚上10點後走側面刷卡，還送我們上電梯，不僅漂亮還很細心周到👍房間保潔也很不錯，住了三天每天換被套枕套👍地理位置十分便利，樓下就是必勝客，旁邊是肯德基，我兒子超喜歡😘距離主火車站步行3-5分鐘，距離瑪利亞廣場步行街也就5-10分鐘腳程，樓下就有幾條電車和U2等好幾條地鐵

非常好的酒店，地理位置絕佳！我們從T2客運大樓坐的漢莎快線大巴，很推薦大家坐這個快線，就停在酒店門口，省去了火車站搬運行李的時間體力。酒店旁邊就是地鐵。早餐很乾凈，味道也不錯，雖然種類不多，但酒店西式早餐自助的東西基本都有。前台也很熱情友好。入住的德國人也沒有聽説的那麼冷淡，都挺熱情友好。早餐拿食物不方便掀蓋子，都很熱情地幫我掀着蓋子，挺好的。房間不大，沒有拖鞋紙巾熱水壺和牙膏牙刷之類的，所以要備全，不過旁邊就是超市，日用品啥的挺好買
