加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞省的3 星級飯店

There is no lobby welcoming you, but a Front desk running 7am-12am everyday in a room served with free drinks and magazines. We appreciated the early check-in at around 2.30pm, which was 1.5 hour before the normal check-in time. The check-in was quick and smooth. There was no hair dryer in our room. When you wanna make a phone call for help, there is no landline telephone in the hotel room, meaning that you have to walk out to the office to ask for a dryer. Luckily, we found it out an hour before mid night and the front desk was in the storage room. There is no amenities here besides of a free access to the mini golf course opposite the road. It will be boring during rainy days, especially the shops nearby closed early around 5pm. The location is great, right to the main road. This hotel company also owns Tide’s Inn and the Mini Golf Course where they are at other two corners of the intersection. Mini golf is free to access and the pool table is CAD2 for each game. The upside of this hotel room is that everything in this room is newly built. Many plugs on the wall. There is a. Work desk, containers for your belongings, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, a clothes rack, a luggage rack and a coffee maker. We love the mattress here, unlike those in the old hotels. They are firm and supportive to my back. Also, the car is just outside our door, it makes the luggage unloading very convenient and quick. There is a big window with mosquito net in our room, but the window faces inside the car park, where people would walk around, drop on and off their luggage. We don’t feel private not to put the curtain down, and the sun light couldn’t come into the room when the curtain is down. Especially during the days we don’t use the air conditioning or heater, we can always hear the noises from next door, outside the car park and the main road. Also, we found that the bedsheets were wrinkled when we flipped over the duvet. Not sure if the bed sheet was not ironed or was not changed to a new one. There is no desk lamp on the desk meaning that if I turn on the main lights, the lights on top of two beds will be very bright and disturbing to whom is sleeping. There is laundry room with 1 washing and drying machine on site. It charges CAD1-1.5 for each laundry by card payment via an app according to the front desk. There is no iron equipment in your room, not sure if you can borrow one by asking the front desk. Reminded to bring your own slippers, tooth brush and paste. And always check what you need is missing for your stay before the front desk closing.

服務態度有待改善，沒有拖鞋及牙膏牙刷，有水壼，可以每天沖茶包，咖啡是膠囊，大堂有咖啡及冷熱水供應，我退房時，打算儲存行李，4日後再入住的。已經在網上check過，是有這服務的，也問過確認是每日CAD5元一件，誰知當刻櫃枱服務員說，已經取消這服務，原因是半個月前曾經發生損毀事件，我們力爭昨天晚上那位服務員說是有這服務的，她才免強讓我寄存，否則兩個28 ＂不知放到那裏，附近有很多食肆，收費停車場🅿️

房間乾淨、安靜，住客很多，早餐西式，麪包、鮮牛奶、鮮酸奶、香蕉、蘋果、肉腸、水煮蛋，土豆泥，吃不慣的帶包榨菜芯當佐菜就可以了，沒有蔬菜，啃個蘋果可以了。吧枱旁邊24小時有熱水、一次性杯子和咖啡、茶包提供。很熱情的店員。行李箱寄存、接送機都免費。接送機有半小時一次的班車，到了給吧枱打電話，車就會出發。開車的工作人員服務非常好，會主動幫忙搬運箱子。

我真的很想住在這裡，但我的行程取消了，所以我沒能住進去。下次我一定還想住在這裡。如果你搜尋“Emerald Hoch”，你會發現這是一個很棒的住宿選擇。

📍酒店地理位置非常好。斜對面是711 後身下坡有個小超市 再往前走就是固蘭湖島了 周邊除零星在牆角躺平的流浪漢之外治安還是很不錯的。 🚶交通方面，從酒店前往天車耶魯鎮站步行10分鐘 前往市中心地區步行20-30分鐘即可到達。酒店旁邊也有公交車站 連接了市中心與UBC等地。 🍚飲食方面，前往市中心的沿途有麥當勞、肯德基、漢堡王、Tims等快餐廳、也有IGA等品類齊全的超市、還有太平洋廣場地下的foodcount。以上這些如果比較抗拒小費文化，都是解決旅途中飲食問題的優選。 💁酒店服務員都是亞裔，服務態度很好，以我的經驗來看，也不會因為打掃房間未給小費而偷工減料甚至擅自拿走客人的財物。 🏠雖然衞生很好但是設施確實比較老舊。空調是像暖氣一樣放在牆角的向上吹風的大方盒子，還是第一次見到這種。廁所裏有排風扇聲音巨大而且即使是關上了也會每天定時啟動轟鳴30分鐘左右在此期間應該是無法手動關閉的不要被嚇到。

My friend and I liked this place, but there are a few things that really need improvement. First, there’s basically no security. Anyone can walk into the building and access any floor without a key card, which doesn’t feel safe at all. Second, the breakfast situation was frustrating. I went up to the 25th floor for breakfast and asked the receptionist if I could bring some food back to my room. She said she didn’t know and told me to ask the kitchen. When I went in, a staff member explained the food options to me, and I asked if I could just take a small portion like some scrambled eggs and potatoes back to my room on a small plate. She said no and that everyone has to eat there. Then I just ubereats some breakfast for us. When I checked out, the receptionist asked if I got my food. I said no and I told her they didn’t allow me bring food to my room, she also suggested “Maybe next time you can bring your own plate from your room.” Honestly… seriously? 😅😅😅 Also, when I booked my room (King Studio), I specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevators. However, when I arrived, I realized my room was right next to the lifts, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff member named Menaka at the ground floor during check-in was very helpful and nice. Parking was $20 overnight, which is cheaper than most hotels in Canada (usually around $28–35), so that was a plus. The elevators are high-tech, but since there’s no key card restriction, anyone can access any floor. It feels like strangers could easily reach your room, which is concerning. On the bright side, the place is clean and very quiet at night. Compared to many hotels in Surrey that are close to the SkyTrain or have constant noise from traffic and police sirens, this location is much more peaceful and doesn’t have that issue.

前台的服務超級好，入住的時候有問我會不會擔心噪音，給我安排了4層窗外是綠地的房子 還在入住前、checkout後免費幫我看行李（我知道有的酒店不會，所以我超級滿意了） 酒店位置也非常方便，離pacific centre mall、canada place、waterfront station都是步行距離，離skytrain station也非常近

價格非常合理，乾淨寬敞的臥室、共用廚房和客廳真是太棒了。房東似乎以前住在這裡，所以房子的品質很高。 然而，由於它位於郊區住宅區，附近沒有餐廳，而且搭乘公車到市中心需要30-40分鐘。 我覺得這裡適合有車的家庭或多人入住。週邊街道寬闊，沒有車輛通行，應該可以停車，但一定要先諮詢房東。

正在市中心的湖邊，景色不錯，方便。設施一般，比較陣舊。晚餐就在賓館餐廳，很便宜。湖畔酒吧必須提前預約，稍微晚點就沒位置了。早餐必須吐槽，自助餐價格高不說了，咖啡茶另外算錢，一共五六樣東西（勉強算食物），難吃的幾乎等同謀殺，刀壓脖子也不會吃第二次。
