The property also has a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guesthouse which is available to rent with the main house. (The guesthouse is ONLY available to rent WITH the main house -it is not rented independently. The area from Governors Harbour to North Palmetto point is the most spectacular and sought after stretch on the island, with gorgeous pink sand beaches, amazing reefs and great restaurants and cafes. You can walk from the house to Tippy’s restaurant along the beach.The house is set in 1 acre of native, tropical vegetation, which creates privacy.
