奧地利薩爾茨堡州的3星飯店

Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr ruhig. Das Negative: Wir hatten über die Plattform Trip.com gebucht und dort war das Frühstück mit 13 Euro angegeben, das man vor Ort bezahlen könne. Im Hotel verlangte man aber 19 Euro, obwohl ich die Webseite von Trip.com vorzeigte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fa. Trip.com wäre ein externer Anbieter und man müsse sich nicht an deren Preisen orientieren. Einen Nachlaß auf das Frühstück wollte sie nicht geben, da auch das Frühstück von einer externen Firma geliefert werde und das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf deren Preisgestaltung habe. Erhebt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch jemand in der Rezeption steht, wenn man für nichts zuständig ist.

There are two properties: one is a castle, the other is not. Plan yr expectations accordingly. We booked a double room in the annex property for three nights. This property is tired and needs an update. Our room (221) was in the attic and resembled a small Hampton Inn/Howard Johnson room from the 70's/80's. The furniture was IKEA-like and minimal. There was no refrigerator or minibar (no wine/bottle opener) in the room and they ask you to refill your complimentary bottle of water from the tap in the bathroom daily. Three nights of this (with breakfast - I'm coming to that - ) cost us 560E. The bathroom was updated and had an excellent shower. The accommodations were adequate, but the property (including the small, drab lobby) has not been updated since at least the 90's. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly (and I speak German), but we didn't have any issues during our stay. There was no Austrian Gemütlichkeit. The town of Salzburg is a brisk 20-minute walk from the hotel. There are no reasonable restaurants in the vicinity. An Uber was 14-16E when we looked at taking one from the hotel to the centre of town. Now to the other property: breakfast is served in the castle and is a very different experience than the annex. The staff is 5-star and cater to yr every wish. We would like to recognise Marianna and Gunista for their extraordinary service during our stay. The breakfast itself is very good and the selection is excellent. I have to say, that we did not appreciate the ”woke education” that was made visible in every corner of the castle. It is not the venue, and we did not come to the property for a lesson in atonement. It was not a bad stay; it was not a great stay. Adequate at what we perceived as a high price. Again, we hope our review will help guests set their expectations for these two properties. You decide!

這家酒店物超所值。我有一個可愛的房間，寬敞的淋浴房和一個非常有效的淋浴。所有的裝飾都很乾凈。工作人員非常愉快和樂於助人。 我以為早餐很貴，但是物有所值而且品質很高，所以物有所值。食物種類繁多，包括培根和雞蛋，奶酪沙拉和可愛的麵包。 進入市區的巴士就在外麪，非常容易使用。 我真的不能指責這家酒店。

We had a hard time finding a reasonably priced hotel during the Christmas market season, so choose to stay just outside of Salzburg in Hallein. The Auwirt is very close to the bus stop into town, very quiet, and very personable. Breakfast was wonderful--many choices--and, as many others have said, Margarete is such a warm and kind hostess.

房子的老闆叫馬克西米利安,通過最大限度的節日遊戲,使客人滿意成爲房子的 motto。驚人的多樣化的廚房,甚至像我們這樣的素食者都能激動。非常心地安排,最願意去接個人的願望。半養老金可以用到下午4點開始,這很棒!尤其對客人,也想利用附近的沙爾茲堡的文化供給。我們從羅蘭多維拉到莫扎特的家裏去了50er-Geburtstagskonzert,我們之前就利用了法斯汀納的驚人的長跑供給。夏天我們要回來,因爲馬克西米利亞·奧普梅爾不僅提供電油站,還提供谷遊覽,你應該看看的樂趣。

Generell kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, mag es sein, dass hier gute Bewertungen entstehen. Hat man allerdings ein Problem, wird man nicht ernst genommen und nur vertröstet. Als der Chef dazu geholt wurde, hat uns dieser respektlos behandelt und in einem Ton mit uns gesprochen - das habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Um 22 Uhr wird alles dicht gemacht und wir wurden in einen winzigen Raum gescheucht, damit wir dort unser Getränk austrinken konnten (immerhin!). Das Hotel ist im Wohngebiet, was bedeutet, dass auch nach 22 Uhr keiner mehr draußen sitzen darf. Abseits davon, dass es wirklich in die Jahre gekommen ist, riechen viele Zimmer muffig und der Service ist nicht gut. Wir wurden nicht richtig begrüßt, da wurden wir schon darauf hingewiesen unser Auto umzuparken (wieso, weiß bis jetzt keiner, aber ein halber Meter war wohl entscheidend?!). Hervorzuheben sind aber die Reinigungskräfte, die wirklich sehr sauber gemacht haben. Mehr fällt mir aber auch nicht ein. Ich bin gespannt, auf die ”zweite Sicht” des Chefs, welcher hier ja gerne mal die schlechten Bewertungen runterspielt (, die meiner Meinung nach völlig berechtigt sind!).

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Hotel Das Essigmanngut. When we arrived at the hotel to we were greeted by friendly staff who couldn't of been more helpful. They gave us lots of information about the surrounding area including maps, local amenities and suggestions of things to do. The local Bus 25 was extremely convenient for us to get into Salzburg and the surrounding area and was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There was a good free car park at the hotel for those travelling by car but we relied on public transport which was fantastic. The hotel itself was immaculate. Everything was to a very high standard and eco conscious. There was plenty of places to sit inside and out and we made use of the complimentary hot drinks machine. We had a superior two bedroom apartment which included a small kitchenette, two bathrooms and two balconies. The rooms were cleaned daily to high standard by hardworking staff. Comfortable beds, toiletries and brand new, spacious bathrooms. Breakfast has to be one of the hightlights of our stay. Would go as far to say it was the best Breakfast we'd ever had abroad. There was always somewhere to sit even on the busier weekends. There was PLENTY of choice and the food was constantly being replenished. Hot and cold options to cater for all ages and tastes. A relaxing and enjoyable experience each morning, a great way to start the day before exploring Salzburg. One small negative for us was there is no restaurant or bar facility on site. So you do need to venture out for main meals. After a day spent exploring it would of been nice to have a proper sit down meal at the hotel and a relaxing drink into the evening. But we can't express how kind and helpful each member of staff was. All in all we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Salzburg and the surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed.

Very handy hotel overlooking the Austria-Germany border, built right next to the motorway. Very convenient for our road trip. Room was comfortable, if a little too warm for my liking. We couldn't leave the windows open due to traffic noise but it was OK Excellent dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Good prices, exactly what we needed.

本次入住正好碰上酒店門前的路在修路，酒店並未放置相關的繞路指示等，酒店的房間不大，設施比較舊，隔音效果一般，說是房子有700年歷史了。 酒店前台的服務態度還行但餐廳的服務員對當地人和亞洲遊客的態度差別很大，對亞洲遊客的態度不好，非常冷淡。
