DDean TooneNice Hotel, building work going on at present which was not mentioned when booking. A bit of noise around the pool during the day but otherwise OK in the room we were in on 5th floor.
Breakfast was really good and staff in the hotel really helpful and pleasant.
Pool area is nice and food served very good.

CCory93最近入住安賈利酒店。選擇酒店是因爲廣告的圖片不錯。總的來說,考慮到酒店不是那麼便宜,我們的住宿非常一般。酒店挺暗的,我們的泳池出入房間比預期的要小。他們不提供拖鞋或牙刷,除非你要求。蚊子也是一個問題(我們被咬了)。游泳池也很冷,即使在柬埔寨炎熱。
否則,工作人員很友好和細心。他們提供晚上免費班車到夜市(我想是因爲位置並不完美)。在我們進行日出之旅之前,他們還爲我們打包了早餐。

KKSea 14-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night!
The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap.
But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)!
The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude.
So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

訪訪客用戶暹粒旅行最滿意的就是這個酒店啦。到達酒店就有漂亮好喝的歡迎茶點，儀式感拉滿。酒店房間很大，我定的公寓套房有單獨的浴室和一個户外浴池，白天暴走回來泡澡非常解乏。早餐每天的花樣都不一樣，很好吃。咖啡和粉湯是點好後有人送到餐桌上，不用客人站着等。每天進酒店都有冰水冰毛巾提供。最好的是這家店14:00才退房，所以最後一天可以先出去玩，回來洗個澡清清爽爽去機場。員工英語很好，交流無問題，態度很好。如果有什麼問題可以及時和工作人員溝通，他們會立刻解決，非常重視客人體驗，完全是海底撈式服務。還有個小驚喜，第一晚我看完仙女舞隨手把荷花插到了花瓶裏，清潔人員可能以為我喜歡荷花，每天都有幫我新加一枝粉色的荷花，非常注意細節。

訪訪客用戶最近入住了柬埔寨的Metta Residence & Spa酒店，整體體驗非常棒，完全超出了我的預期！首先，酒店的環境非常安靜舒適，遠離喧囂，給人一種放鬆的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，設計風格簡約現代，設施齊全，尤其是床品非常舒適，每晚都能睡個好覺。
酒店的服務也無可挑剔，工作人員熱情友好，隨時準備提供幫助，讓人感到賓至如歸。Spa服務更是讓我印象深刻，按摩師手法專業，使用的精油和香薰讓人徹底放鬆，身心都得到了極大的舒緩。
此外，酒店的餐飲也很出色，早餐種類豐富，既有當地特色美食，也有西式餐點，味道都很棒。特別是他們的熱帶水果，新鮮又甜美，每天都能讓我開啟美好的一天。
總的來説，Metta Residence & Spa是一個非常適合度假的地方，無論是服務、設施還是環境都讓人感到非常滿意。如果你正在尋找一個放鬆身心的好去處，這裏絕對是一個不錯的選擇！強烈推薦！

The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

DDesmond_J酒店的性價比特別高，房間面積足夠，各項服務都向國際五星酒店看齊（當然還有店內服務的價格😂）。
我們體驗了游泳池和健身房，都很不錯。
必須highlight這裏的早餐，服務員很熱情。早餐主菜是單點先做的，可以説比我們在外面吃的都太好吃。
對於基礎房型而言，一樓的房間可以直通泳池，二樓的房型則多了一個可以供人湊合睡睡的飄窗。
如果不是吹毛求疵，絕對是超級nice的酒店。

訪訪客用戶春節在暹粒兩天，兼具了充滿異域風情的景點+很好的住宿條件，玩得特別開心，有這家旅館的功勞。遺憾就是衹玩了兩天吳哥窟，也衹在旅館住了兩晚。

衞生：好，洗手間超級大，裡邊都是真植物，浴缸很大，配了浴鹽。
環境：好，最後一天下午在泳池邊愉快躺了幾小時。
服務：好，風塵僕僕下飛機後，帶毛巾和椰子的免費接機真的很爽。瘋狂玩了一天後，有全身spa很棒。員工有會中文的，大部分都會英文，我的塑料英語交流完全沒問題。
我是第一次來東南亞，真的很享受。
Ps:可以帶上迷你吧免費的飲料出去玩，一般包的tuktuk車後備箱都要冷凍箱，大熱天的喝冰鎮可樂很棒；
