We had a wonderful stay. We went for our anniversary and we were very spoilt with roses and Prosecco in the room with a lovely bag of goodies, soft drinks, crisps and chocolate along with an anniversary card. I requested a room with a view and wow did we have one. Looking over part of the Brands Hatch course. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Swimming and spa facilities were lovely and all clean. Not really a buffet person but food was plenty and hot. The hallways are a little tied but not shocking. Would recommend for a short stay.
Stayed one night for a local wedding. Excellent communications before arrival as I was at the wedding at check in time. Everything done over the phone and on arrival at night after the wedding the staff helped carry my luggage which I had left in my car in the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent as was breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints at all.
Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.
Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy.
Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom,
Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty.
For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5.
Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞
Nice looking hotel with loads of parking. The double room we stayed in was dated and old. Mold on windows and bathroom. No safe in room and no plug sockets near the bed.
