「What a great hotel. Every member of staff I encountered was well trained and knew exactly how to engage guests and ensure their visit was exactly as they wanted it to be. From entering the hotel and breathing in the most beautiful fragrance to immaculate well designed rooms - plug and USB sockets built into the bed frame! I wish I had been able to try the spa - next time! I was supposed to get to the hotel earlier and had a table booked, but I was delayed so I had to cancel it - the menu looks amazing and certainly worth a visit for that alone. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with the usual English breakfast items, an assortment of continental options (fruit, salami and the like) and tea and filter coffee, refilled by the attentive restaurant team. I wish I lived closer so I could go to some of the special events they put on in here. Just check out the hotel website to see what I mean.」
