入住很簡單,前台工作人員很友好,他們給我們提供了大堂冰箱的瓶裝水。房間很乾淨,設施齊全,有茶,咖啡,冰箱和微波爐。特別喜歡地板不是地毯而是木質層壓,清潔容易得多。游泳池看起來是全新的,開放的很晚。早餐完全夠吃,咖啡,茶,酸奶,水果,麥片,牛奶和蛋白質棒,有袋子包裝外賣或在那裏吃飯。位置非常適合參觀10分鐘以下的康寧玻璃博物館。

五月份旅遊淡季，馬路上沒有人，尼亞加拉大瀑布值得來一趟，酒店各方面都很好，房間大小還行，免費停車是亮點，在紐約一天停車要70多刀。

我們在希爾頓酒店度過了愉快的時光,工作人員簡直太棒了。我們早早到達,前台的Shanya超級樂於助人,比入住時間早爲我們準備了房間。酒吧區的女士們超級友好。我們使用了游泳池和按摩浴缸,非常好。從房間看到的河景令人驚歎。

房間不大，但是很乾凈，有電視，衣櫃，椅子，小沙發。長條椅，放東西很方便。特別是衞生間應該是新裝修的。非常乾淨整潔。洗頭水很不錯。還有小冰箱，買的食品或者酸奶可以放在裏面。窗簾也是2層遮光的。床上用品很乾凈，每天都有人清理房間。服務也很好，不夠的找服務員拿很快送過來了。樓下還有熱水和咖啡供應。酒店有接送車，準時接送。這個很方便。但是酒店離地鐵站有點遠，要走10分鐘左右。酒店後面人少不是很安全。酒店往地鐵方向走很熱鬧，有很多中餐館和華人超市，美食城。吃飯和買東西很方便。在攜程上訂酒店很方便，當時説不收按金，衹收14美元城市税，但是去到前台又要收取，溝通無果。衹能刷卡。如果能配備懂中文的前台就更好了。前台還是很敬業的，問怎樣坐地鐵幫我們打印出來方便查看。點贊👍

Fingers Lake 湖邊，風景很美，就是房間的窗戶統一都不大，有點可惜。房間乾淨整潔，中規中矩，兩張床又大又舒服，足可睡四個人。在酒店餐廳的陽台上邊賞風景邊晚餐，每道菜和甜點都很美味，價格也合理，就是客人多但服務生衹有一位，需要很有耐心等待。總之酒店客房和餐廳都很滿意，希望以後能再次前往度假。

嶄新的酒店，剛剛開業1個多月，目前為止是法拉盛地區最好的酒店了。房間雖然略小，設施設備完善齊全精緻。硬件設施先進，入户門隔音略差一點。床非常舒服柔軟，我和孩子到美國探親一口氣住了14天。總的來説還是很不錯。安全、方便、一樓餐廳的美食很棒！唯一缺點就是房間價格比較貴，快趕上曼哈頓的酒店了，而且快速wifi不免費，需要另外付款16.95美金。

飯店距離尼加拉瓜瀑布很近，我們提早到飯店，還沒有到入住的時間，飯店人員叫我們留電話，後來房間打掃完後，飯店有給我們簡訊也讓我們提早入住了！服務還不錯！不過櫃檯不小心忘了給我們早餐券，所以第二天早上去用餐的時候造成了一點誤會！早餐還不錯，有熱的食物！房間很乾淨！整體都還不錯！附上幾張早上用餐的餐廳的照片供參考！

開車去了三次自由女神🗽像沒有停車🅿️位，最後衹能坐地鐵去了，轉了一次地鐵，因為住的酒店拉瓜迪亞廣場酒店，就在拉瓜迪亞機場✈️附近。因為租車怕市中心的酒店停車🅿️更難找哈哈哈😂

By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

SShane CanadianI was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone.
The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful.
The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers.
I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

訪訪客用戶The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

TTravellerL這間旅館的地理位置真的非常方便，就在哥倫布圓環附近，步行就能到中央公園、地鐵站以及多家餐廳和超市，對第一次來紐約旅遊的人來說相當理想。周邊環境安全、生活機能好，交通也很方便，是這家旅館最大的優點。
不過需要留意的是，浴室是共用的，設在房間外面，對不太習慣共用設施的旅客來說可能會稍微不方便。另外，入住時間嚴格限定在下午三點才能辦理，我提早抵達只能先寄放行李，但寄放時間只到晚上七點。那天我晚上八點多才回到旅館取行李，櫃檯人員明顯有點不悅，讓人感覺有些尷尬。
房間本身乾淨簡陋，沒有空調，還好我是秋天入住，氣溫剛好涼爽，睡起來倒也不算悶熱。如果是夏天來，可能就會稍嫌不適。
整體而言，這間旅館最大的優勢是地理位置，適合行程緊湊、主要想找交通便利住宿的旅客。若只是短住一兩晚，其實還算不錯，但若是長期停留或重視舒適度的人，可能需要多加考慮。

訪訪客用戶Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

訪訪客用戶工作人員親切友好,酒吧很棒,娛樂很棒。早上的咖啡館選擇很好,欣賞免費咖啡!房間寬敞乾淨,牀很舒服,喜歡特大號牀!浴室牆上有一些污漬,本來可以很容易地清洗,所以有點噁心。淋浴不是超級溫暖,但還可以。和一個(行爲良好的)曲棍球隊在一起,我知道工作人員正在與另一個不與期望合作的球隊搏鬥,我對他們感到難過,對他們耐心的很多信任。總的來說,100%會再次入住這裏。

YYikehuifeidekaixinguo酒店就在中央公園旁邊，窗外就是全紐約寸土寸金的地界，步行所及大部分景點；代客泊車方便快捷，此外，樓下就是地鐵站，交通便利；酒店看起來很有年代感，但保養非常好，房間乾淨舒適，老錢風審美；每天送水和各種特總署名小吃，非常貼心有趣；房間每天清理兩次，屋子裡從不會有垃圾和臟毛巾堆積；套房帶客廳、廚房、雙衞，空間比同級別酒店大不少；員工熱情但不過分，門僮前台客房都非常友善且隨時為客户提供便利；住了一週，還會再來。
