We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite!
It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.

體驗不錯，飯店露台有泳池和按摩浴缸。健身房也在露臺上，所以你可以看到大海、山脈和美麗的公園。
如果您想參觀“真正的”城市、社區和當地餐館，位置很好；不過離市中心和長途巴士站有點遠。
總的來說，我會回來的。

整體很不錯的酒店:乾淨,客人心情,位於步行區的市中心,我們沒有享受餐廳,但我們試過屋頂:真的很美觀,維吉尼亞製成的雞尾酒很美味。
唯一的遺:酒店沒有私人停車場,但是5分鐘的步行之內,您就發現一個非常大的免費停車場。

El hotel está a 5 minutos andando de la plaza del charco , la habitación amplia con la terraza grande y con césped artificial ideal para las tardes, la habitación dispone de una mini nevera y un calentador de agua para café o infusiones muy práctico . La piscinas se encuentra en la 6 planta con un bar , cafetería snack muy bien equipado con hamacas cómodas y con cojines para el descanso , me gustó todo la verdad el gimnasio tiene equipamiento suficiente cinta elíptica pesas remos etc . Los desayunos variados y el café era bueno .

非常不錯的酒店很值得推薦。設施不算特別新但是該有的都有，可以看出當年的標準非常的高，房間很大，熱水很足，有自己的大陽台，有歡迎水果。酒店有獨立的院子裏面有泳池，花園很好看。早餐很豐富菜品齊全。所在的位置不算特別海邊要走一段過去，旁邊也有公交站，從市裡坐車過來可以直接坐到晚上也很方便，步行範圍內也有可以直達機場的大巴。

房間很大，設施很少。進入的時候發現水以及喝水的水杯，電熱水器，都沒有。洗漱用品更是沒有。去前台借也衹各種拼拼湊湊。
第二層除了露台其他也沒什麼用。
但地方大能舒展開來也是不錯。
總體對得起這個價格

房間設施超級齊全，服務一流。強烈推薦的住宿。我從未見過設施如此齊全的公寓，它擁有您所需的一切，甚至更多，讓您享受完美的住宿。我一定會回來的。非常感謝整個團隊的友善對待。

訪訪客用戶Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable.
A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled.
Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe.
In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative.
It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice.
Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

訪訪客可愛的酒店,位置很好。現代,聖誕節裝飾精美。禮貌的工作人員,早餐和晚餐的好選擇。聖誕晚餐是這個世界之外的東西(去過很多酒店,但現在聖誕節晚餐很難匹配)。不確定是否總是這樣,但我們是在假期的第一部分(43&47)中最小的,後來其他一些年輕人加入了我們。平均年齡60歲😁這家酒店不面向孩子但對我們來說很完美沒有尖叫和喊叫,我們的女孩在游泳池裏玩得很開心
她自己和表弟🤣 一開始想訂春酒店比塔科拉,但現在覺得我做了一個極好的選擇。也就是說,下次可能只是因爲Bitacora提供的全包服務而嘗試一下。這是一個不錯的安靜住宿,所以如果你期望像土耳其,游泳池周圍的eith音樂,兒童迪斯科舞廳和表演,這家酒店不適合你。我們是半食宿,4天我們在泳池酒吧吃飯,從來沒有失望。良好的食物和合理的價格。我們沒有預訂UP選項,因爲我們和孩子們在一起(這是18歲以上),但如果我從來沒有來過他們我會嘗試!

訪訪客用戶景色景色的麗酒店,我住的最美麗的四星之一,他自己值得一專門往大亞那的旅程。很乾淨,而且裝得很好(我的房間還有一間沙發美麗的,坐着的私人景觀大樓美麗)。有沙發和圖書館的沙龍,餐廳,景色大 teras和景色游泳池的園等美麗的共同空間,我這段四星級酒店裏做過最好的早餐!當地的產品,不高質量的,清晨表達的廚房,沙龍,當地的山奶,優質的糖果等,帶有帕多斯的標誌的白色。

DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.

GGingermasion最大的優點是美麗，環境不錯，房間很大，但是比較陰，水壓較小。泳池很舒服，而且泳池邊的服務員是最友善的。我們選了半包，半包早餐是自助，晚餐你可以任意選酒店內的所有餐廳（大概有五六家），點餐，給你每人72歐的消費額度，不包含酒水，超過的部分自己付。早餐不是很豐富，晚餐的話海邊的那家餐廳味道倒是出乎意料得很不錯，落日景色絕美，衹要你準備去吃就一定一定一定要提前預訂位置。
酒店周圍基本啥也沒有，有一個打車10分鐘以內的小鎮可以吃飯（但是我們沒去過），打到美洲沙灘這邊要30歐上下，這酒店最適合的就是在裏面躺着度假。酒店有接駁車去他家的海灘
總之這個酒店就是外表比較有特色，餐廳味道還不錯，其他的在這個價位的海島度假酒店裡表現得都比較一般，

CChristinewan我們住在GF Isabel公寓,總的來說有一個非常好的住宿。
位置很棒–步行到商店、餐館和海灘都很方便,一切都很方便。酒店有可愛的親子氛圍,還有孩子的活動和娛樂,女兒真的很享受。
晚上的節目其實真的很好–比我們預期的–好多了,晚飯後有事不用出門也不錯。
公寓本身是一個很好的尺寸和實用的家庭,雖然裝飾有點過時的地方。也就是說,一切都很乾淨,工作得很好。
工作人員在我們住宿期間都很友好和樂於助人。在我們退房後,我們意識到我們留下了一個水瓶。當我們回去問的時候,酒店的一位女士真的很善良,幫助我們找到了它,並把它歸還給我們,我們真的很感激。
總的來說,這是一個很好的家庭選擇,我們會很高興再次入住這裏。

NNancylovesyann昨天剛到當時選酒店舉棋不定最後想着這個先定三天，本來是要帶娃的臨行前果斷決定還是自己來，因為日內瓦飛來要四個小時有點久害怕飛機上搞不定他[笑哭R][笑哭R]j酒店半包，就說要自己付錢一般早飯吃的晚一點午飯也不用吃了[點贊R]感謝酒店把我的房間升級了，讓我擁有了自己巴掌大的一個小泳池。這個酒店有兩個大泳池還有一個孩子的泳池，酒店不大綠化很好看起來很乾凈。三個餐廳，自助餐，西班牙餐廳和一個融合菜餐廳。自助餐不用預定，其他兩個都要提前預定但是也是免費的。酒店後門刷房卡就可以直達海邊特別方便，也可以去海邊走走，都是餐廳 酒吧和店鋪，可以想象旺季的時候會有多熱鬧。而且這條街好長最起碼可以走40➕分鐘邊走邊逛，此吃喝喝一路。路邊都是五星酒店，可以看到其他酒店的泳池和餐廳，準備接下來再換個酒店住住[笑哭R]c吃的東西還不錯，比起瑞士還是很划算的，而且味道也好，我也知足了[笑哭R]check-in的時候前台也會給地圖，想去交通也都是蠻方便的[加油R]z總體來說還不錯挺推薦的[okR]
