To Sheshan Forest Park Section, take Metro Line 9 to Sheshan Station and walk for about 15 minutes. Sheshan Forest Park is divided into East Sheshan Mountain and West Sheshan Mountain. All of them are free for visitors. There is a parking lot No. 1 in Xishe Mountain, which parks for 10 yuan. There is a parking lot No. 2 in Dongshe Mountain, which charges 4 yuan per hour. Sheshan Jiufeng has the best environment. The most distinctive Forest Park "Xishe Mountain" is a religious place. It enters from the East Gate and collects tickets and brushes tickets in order to count the number of people entering the park. Xishe Mountain is not very high, climbing to the top is very fast. There are many humanistic landscapes on the mountain. There are pagodas of beautiful Taoists in the mountains. There are museums and cathedrals on the top of the mountains. The main scenic spots in the park are 14 distressed road statues on the "Catholic pilgrimage site,"crossing road", the pagoda of the Taoist, the pavilion of the Congdao people and the Tiger Tree Pavilion. Sheshan Earthquake Datum Station (formerly Shanghai Observatory) is located in the eastern foot of Xishe Mountain, which is covered by bamboo trees. It needs tickets to visit. The ticket of the Observatory Museum is 12 yuan. The Catholic Church is located on the waist of Xishe Mountain. The circular square in front of the central hall is surrounded by scenery by a railing. On the west side of the square, the open hillside is built with the Pavilion of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Pavilion of the Virgin Mary and the Pavilion of Joseph, collectively known as the "Three Sacred Pavilions". The Notre Dame Hall of Sheshan is a Catholic church with the same name as Notre Dame Hall of Rhode in France, also known as Notre Dame Hall of the Far East. There aren't many shopping spots on the mountain, only small shops and so on. It's recommended to bring your own food and water.
