宿鴨湖是全亞洲最大的人工湖。景色非常優美，是個放鬆身心，度假旅遊的好地方。在傍晚景色中，你能看到落霞與孤鶩齊飛，秋水共長天一色的絕美景色。

宿鴨湖，位於河南省駐馬店市汝南縣羅店鎮東2公里處，北起玉皇廟，南至野豬崗，東臨桂庄，西到別橋。該湖始建於1958年，湖東岸南北土壩全長35.29公里，高58米，擋防浪牆長0.5米，壩頂寬4—7米，攔蓄板橋、薄山水庫等上游來水，蓄水面積239平方公里，很壯觀！！！
