紅門畫廊由澳大利亞人布朗·華萊士於1991年創辦。十年來，紅門畫廊每年定期組織六到八個個人展覽，以及在夏冬兩季舉辦紅門畫廊藝術家聯展，除此之外，紅門畫廊自始至終立足於建立廣泛的國際國內的聯絡，多次在國內外舉辦中國藝術展以及中外藝術家聯展，並向中國介紹國外當代藝術，為中國當代藝術的發展以及中西方的藝術交流作出了巨大的貢獻。

但現實學習理工科的，從來不接觸藝術，但有時候會喜歡到處逛逛去看看，雖然也不懂，但是看看也是一種感受，藝術院校的學生會經常來這裏逛逛
