魁北克城下城區很有一點巴黎小城的風格，走在這裏彷彿行走在微縮的香榭麗舍大街，來來往往的當地人都說著法語，還是很有異域風情的感覺。

魁北克城真的是一座夢幻之城，徜徉在老城區的街頭，極目遠眺，處處是城堡般的建築，低矮的平房很有一種歐洲小鎮的感覺，不愧是小巴黎

魁北克城的下城區，這個概念是相較於上城區而說的。下城區的建築更加法式風格。聽這裏的居民說，這裏多年來都是這個風格。已經幾百年沒有變過了。

Quebec is divided into upper and lower districts, while upper districts are located at the foot of the hills. Situated just below the main city, right next to the magnificent St. Lawrence River, it looks great. The ancient streets are surrounded by buildings made of ancient stones.
