「We had a very warm and pleasant stay at this homestay.
Location: 4/5 – It’s not right in the city center, but it’s not too far either, about 7 km away. The location is convenient for getting around, especially to places like Dốc Hoàng Hôn and Bãi đá Ông Địa, while still being quiet and peaceful.
The hosts are the highlight of this place. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay.
The room was new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Even though the hosts had recently experienced a flood, they made a great effort to repair and prepare everything to welcome guests, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again.」

訪訪客用戶Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

DDare0211這間住宿真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！一抵達時，服務人員的態度就非常親切貼心，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，還準備了迎賓飲料和新鮮水果，細節十分到位。下午時段更有免費下午茶，可以悠閒享用，讓旅程增添不少小確幸。房間部分相當寬敞，整體打掃得很乾淨，入住時心情特別放鬆。浴室的設計也很實用，淋浴的水量充足、水溫穩定，洗澡的舒適度非常高。館內設有溫水游泳池，不管天氣如何，都能安心使用，是放鬆身心的好選擇。另外，住宿還提供行李寄放服務，對於行程安排很方便。值得一提的是，退房後我們因時間關係在大廳旁等待接駁，服務人員依然主動送上茶水，貼心程度讓人印象深刻。地理位置也很好，距離市區約十分鐘車程，不會太遠，交通方便卻保有安靜環境，適合想要放鬆又不想離繁華太遠的旅客。整體來說，無論是服務、設施還是地點，都讓人感受到物超所值，非常推薦！

MM.Romanchik一個大型酒店綜合體,有游泳池、桑拿、哈姆姆和其基礎設施,以咖啡、商店和咖啡店的形式。非常方便。價格略高於內,但不關鍵。有自己的海灘有牀鋪。該設施位於高地,直至台,可以乘電梯或開電動車。有自己的海灘。到內中心大約20公里。沒有車子就不方便。我們住了5天,房間和綜合體自己很喜歡,每天打掃,參觀桑拿也包括價格和游泳池,景色很美,睡得很舒服,聽不見鄰居。休息得好!唯一的,預訂時,有小廚房,但實際上沒有工作。沒有做最小的早餐。但對我們來說,這不重要,我們沒有向工作人員提及。

訪訪客用戶房間不大但感覺不侷促。室外泳池很好，直接看海景，階梯早上退潮下去是海灘，下午漲潮直接就在海里了。早餐裏酸奶，果醬（有獼猴桃，菠蘿，草莓和巧克力4種），水果（百香果，火龍果，香蕉，芒果，西瓜）好吃。前台熱情，可以代訂長途汽車票。附近有餐廳和小超市，離公共沙灘也是步行距離。

訪訪客用戶服務確實很好👍辦入住有歡迎飲品+免費按摩。我們的管家Hong熱情專業！地理位置也不錯。整個氛圍也比較chill。不過作為美奈最好的酒店之二，我覺得房間的設施有點老了，如果旺季來性價比不高。國內酒店的牙刷，梳子，刮鬍刀，吹風機，床單被套還有浴巾哪怕檔次價格比越南差不少，但這些東西要好很多。國內加工製造這些東西真是又好又便宜，雖然越南現在加工業蓬勃發展，還有一段路要走。可能是我沒定別墅房型（因為想着就待一晚），對比之前centara住了2晚的泳池別墅房型，我還是更喜歡centara的別墅房型。但Anantara服務更好，更私人化點，centara小孩太多，太吵了，英文也不如Anantara這邊好。

訪訪客用戶I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.

XXupangzikop酒店新的，環境很好。就是房間有點小，位置相對比較偏。主要接待韓國人。大部分工作人員中文不太行。
衞生：做的比較到位的。
唯一的槽點就是小童的早餐比較貴，每個人要350k，兩個娃收了70萬，有點破防~

LLevnatal我們遊覽了大叻，在城裡住了兩天，之後決定搬到鄉下，在大自然中放鬆身心。這家迷人的飯店，如同療養院般的基本建築坐落在美麗的湖畔，周圍環繞著松樹、森林、松鼠和鳥兒的鳴叫，而Edensee酒店最大的亮點是天堂鳥——美麗的孔雀。在鹽田牧場漫步，在飯店深處的森林圍欄裡，棲息著幾隻鹿、鵝，甚至還有野雞。湖上您可以額外付費搭乘遊船和雙體船。飯店設有網球（晚上需額外支付電費），似乎還可以玩射箭和撞球，還有桌上足球，飯店還設有兒童房。飯店還設有室內游泳池（冷水）、陽光露台和提供各種服務的水療中心。但最令人難忘的是寧靜、令人難以置信的美景，以及沿著森林湖漫步，享受假期的機會。您可以欣賞美麗的景色，呼吸新鮮空氣，並享用美味多樣的早餐。來參加慶祝勝利50週年的節日早餐吧✌️ 寬敞時尚的空間，細節豐富，繪畫、藝術品、鮮花隨處可見，一切都精心照料。工作人員非常細心周到，盡力讓您滿意，服務也很棒……他們的英語說得很好。整個區域被精心修剪的花壇環繞，到處都是玫瑰和繡球花的花壇。房間也非常時尚寬敞。一張舒適的大床，窗簾，窗戶上掛著蚊帳（儘管靠近森林，但沒有蚊子）。房間裡洗漱用品齊全，寬敞的浴室配有浴缸和淋浴，細節豐富，繪畫、落地燈……還有壁爐！早晚都很涼爽。沒有空調，但不需要。有迎賓水果。鳥兒的叫聲並沒有打擾我們，雖然我們的房間是最後一間，它們在我們的陽台下散步。這是我們旅行中最棒、最有趣的飯店。一個美好的假期。謝謝！ ！ ！我們從大叻搭乘Grab順利到達機場。飯店每天有兩班定時免費接駁車前往大叻。非常方便。
