We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . We stayed May 1,8 & 9 in room 3033

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

Well the location is good a bit tucked in from the main road. The hotel is a bit run down, need a but of maintenance and care. The most strange thing is that all the rooms dont have windows, so the room feel damp and a bit claustrophobic. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy. They provide water bottles, kettle for hot water in the room. The TV channels were a bit disappointing only 11 channels and two of which were in English ( CNN and Cartoon Network) when asked at the reception they said only these 11 channels were available, and on my last day just before checking OUT, suddenly HBO channels were activated. They have a indoor pool. The Cafe called Perks and Brew, was good, the room comes with breakfast also. WIFI is ok

Staffs are very nice and attentive. During breakfast they assisted me very well and even offered to serve my food because I couldn't leave my daughter alone. They even offered my daughter crayons and paper to entertain her. Kuddos to Jeff, Jerry and Krista

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. 克拉克特區內，自然環境綠化非常豐富，高爾夫球場選擇非常多，跟著老公來這裡出差，一個人逛逛非常放鬆～飯店的精油spa，豐富多元的餐廳～最喜歡咖啡廳的牛排套餐，連老公挑剔的個性都愛上了～二樓的餐酒館氣氛也很棒，有看到還有雪茄，下次來一定試試～

我們在這裏慶祝我兒子的生日,住了3天2個零,這是有史以來最好的決定,因爲酒店讓我的家人在我們逗留期間真的很特別。每個工作人員都非常包容和禮貌,他們給了很多待遇,甚至用氣球和生日橫幅裝飾我們的房間。我的兒子爲他收到的所有生日歌曲和蛋糕都很開心。一天結束時,他告訴我們這是他的生日。謝謝你瑞士酒店讓我們的住宿難忘。

酒店入住後才發現旁邊是**。設施很新，但是服務水平有限，餐飲水平除中餐廳可圈可點之外都不高。酒店房間的機電沒有做好。

位置好。在克拉克機場附近。高C/P值酒店。
