酒店的設施和環境與介紹的基本一致，房間可以看海和海邊火車，風景不錯。位置方便交通便利，距離科倫坡要塞火車站十分鐘車程，機場30分鐘左右。周邊有不少餐廳和咖啡店，商場。離海邊很近，步行5分鐘就能看到大海和火車。離斯里蘭卡國家博物館步行10分鐘左右即到。酒店的工作人員服務專業而有禮貌，適合旅遊和商務出行。

房間空間足夠，廁所乾淨，可以打開不同位置的燈光配合需要。入住了兩晚，第一天一下飛機便入住，因為時間很晚，但房主都依然有禮貌和熱情。到第二天下午，房主特別提醒我晚上要打開房間外通道位置的燈光，保障安全。 不過入住其間，房間有時會出現很大隻的蟻，有點嚇人。晚上，天花板有會有不同聲音，不肯定是否有動物在屋頂上。 整體上是舒服的，感覺良好。

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff, room felt very luxurious and clean. The pool was great with a good view. Everyone was very welcoming, would definitely stay again.

酒店不愧為科倫坡的奢華酒店，位置絕佳，站在頂樓俯瞰絕美的科倫坡景色風景：蓮花塔，印度洋，還有辛納蒙湖。房間超級乾淨舒適，衞生間扶手的設計，充分考慮老年人需求，充滿人文關懷。早餐很豐盛。酒店的工作人員友好，素質高，服務水準高。我們離開科倫坡時，一樓大廳前台的工作人員，還熱情幫助我們叫車去機場，萬分感謝。

酒店花園式的，非常的熱帶風情！就是隱藏在雨林中一樣！房間很大，早餐也很棒！服務小哥哥人真的特別好，一直面帶微笑。早起在院子裏散步，鳥鳴花香真的很不錯！

春節來斯里蘭卡，這個國家還是帶給我們很好的體驗。酒店的服務很好，因為帶娃給我們加了一張床。當晚在酒店 10 層吃了中餐，看到了無邊的泳池，中餐做的可以的。 早餐很不錯，二層用早餐看到海邊的小火車！看到大海啦。 這裏的茶不錯，一定要嘗一下。

房間乾淨整潔，就是前台不夠熱情，沒有微笑服務，保潔服務生Sabarishan人很好，客人有需求他都會盡量滿足,居住體驗總體不錯。自助餐也很好，種類很豐富，小姐做的華夫餅很好吃。 The room is clean and tidy, but the front desk is not enthusiastic enough, and there is no smiling service. Sabarishan, the cleaning waiter, is very kind, and he will try his best to meet the needs of the guests. The living experience is generally good. The buffet is also very good, the variety is very rich, and the waffles made by the lady are delicious.

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.
