飯店位在Tapovan邊緣的位置，入口不好找，一定要跟著地圖走，飯店背面是另一家在大街旁的飯店區，但兩區之間沒有巷子，無法跨越的。
飯店本身的餐飲不錯。房間也是乾淨整潔，以這個價格來說很寬敞，就是氣味比較不通風。
要叫車到裡希凱詩的恆河橋邊，不是很容易，可以找附近的小商家幫忙。或者腿力可以的話，從飯店沿大路走路15分鐘，穿過下山坡，可以到Lux*** Jhula 渡河橋 。

It was a lovely stay at this property. Our main purpose was to visit Neem Karoli Baba, and this property is conveniently located nearby. While Nainital faces a lot of traffic congestion, this place is slightly off the main Nainital road, making it an ideal and peaceful stay. Parking is a big issue in Nainital, but this place had ample parking space, so we faced no problems at all.
Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome drink, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and ensure our comfort. The room was clean, and overall, we had a great stay. My family and I enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

這家酒店讓我非常非常驚喜。工作人員非常樂於助人,房間寬敞,乾淨,牀真的很舒適,熱水淋浴,房間內有美麗的觸摸,公共空間維護得很好,可愛。他們在現場有一個spa我沒有使用,但我的朋友做了,說很棒。整個體驗很棒。位置稍微讓人失望,在塔波萬邊上,但步行10分鐘就到了,完全沒問題,酒店真的很樂於助人幫你四處走動。我一定會推薦,再次入住這裏。感謝YogVed🙏🏼

Hotel was earlier sarovar, now it was bought by Gateway. So amenities and services are as per Sarovar only but the charges are of gateway.
Most of the hotel is under reservation at the moment so expected it could be better but as of now its average. Plus it is little in outskirts of dehradun in haridwar bypass.
But overall staff is good and food is good but ambiance and quality of rooms can be improved in 7-8K per night hotel.

The location is undeniably one of the hotel's strongest assets. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the views are simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation.
Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch:
Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail.
A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for.
