Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. 酒店的地理位置絕佳，距離機場T2客運大樓僅需步行10分鐘，非常適合趕飛機的旅客。 但入住體驗由於前台不夠專業而大打折扣，竟然分配給我一間未整理的臟房，這種疏失實在少見。好在房間本身表現出色：空間寬敞、乾淨整潔（包括浴巾），飲用水供應充足。最讚的是衞浴系統，水温升快且水壓強勁，洗護用品味道也很好聞。 總體而言，雖然服務流程有待改進，但在孟買機場周邊依然是性價比很高的選擇。
