位置和服務很棒 - 非常周到,反應靈敏和支持的工作人員。食物只是可以接受(ok-ish/so-so)。但整體體驗不是那麼好,因爲酒店看起來和感覺很累,跑下來。傢俱和氛圍非常破舊。牀和牀上用品需要更換(可能都是20歲以上的,而且它顯示/聞起來!)。整個地方需要翻新和整容,以滿足麗的標準。在此之前,充其量是2或3-star酒店,甚至離4-star和5-star都沒什麼問題。

The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.

Pros: centrally located in pahalgam market, rooms offer amazing view of mountain + lidder river cons: slow room service, very bad condition of fittings in bathroom, limited lunch/dinner/breakfast buffet spread. For all the pros and cons described above the price could be at least 30-40% lower

Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

乾淨又好! 因爲是衝突地區所以很擔心早餐也不錯非常親切因爲有年式有點復古的感覺,如果是出差用的話推薦!
