The staff are friendly and helpful rooms are simple and nice

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

We stay for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at simpang 4. The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2. Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in. Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby The room rain shower head is good pressure... The air-con is cooling... Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely. Location away from airport around 6km. Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

第一次入住這裡，位置離市中心有點遠，到達這裡的時候感覺自己從喧囂轉入了靜謐奢華，旅途的終點有一個隱秘的世外桃源。 設施很齊全，乾淨 食物和早餐都很美味，餐廳服務員非常友好，反應靈敏

Layanan ok, kamar luas sesuai dgn bintang 4. Makanannya pun enak..... Pertama masuk resto dan cek menu, saya berpikir kok agak beda dgn menu hotel bintang 4 yg biasa saya tahu. Ternyata setelah perhatikan sekitar, hotelnya menyesuaikan menu dengan tamu yg menginap saat itu. KERENNN

應該是本地比較好的酒店了 本地吃的吃不慣 天天早上吃方便麪 設施很齊全 有泳池但是沒去 服務態度很好 挺好的不錯
