飯店位於市中心，地理位置優越，客房服務、禮賓服務和餐廳都很好，可惜的是前台工作人員死板僵化，態度冷漠，缺乏熱情和真誠的服務。

這個酒店我能說什麼呢... 第一個,有非常禮貌的接待,他們可以給你很好的建議,並展示他們必須選擇的最好的房間。 第二個,裏面真的很漂亮的游泳池,看起來沒有那麼大,但是可以欣賞到大海和溫水的景色,在那裏你可以放鬆和享受周圍的環境。 第三,真正享受的....全包燒烤晚餐只7美元,服務員找你,儘量幫你解決他們來找你問的每件事,建議最好的菜餚或者只帶水果或果汁。 這是工作人員真正照顧你的地方。 長途旅行後,我真的很喜歡這個地方,併爲蘇拉威西島之旅的未來步驟獲得了能量。

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Hotel un poco antiguo pero cumple su función. La ubicación es buena y las vistas muy agradables.
