El hotel está bien, limpieza y camas también muy bien, piscina exterior, sala fitness testimonial. Desayuno abundante.

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

平常桑提卡的早餐真的很好吃...但是在桑提卡帕魯酒店，感覺有點欠缺...請改進...吸煙區也不太“人性化”呵呵...真的差很遠吃早餐的地方:(

這個酒店離機場好近，早上可以自己走路🚶去機場，都不用打的坐車，感覺還是非常不錯的

酒店就在海邊，餐廳位置和視野都非常棒，可以看海和游泳池，圖4的頂樓露台可以欣賞日落🌅，非常推薦！早餐也不錯，對得起這個價格的！
