El hotel está bien, limpieza y camas también muy bien, piscina exterior, sala fitness testimonial. Desayuno abundante.

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

設施環境都挺好的，離palu機場5公里左右，交通方便。衞生也挺乾淨的，早餐種類多挺豐盛的。就是前台服務仍有提升空間

我對飯店的清潔狀況非常失望，最近在房間裡發現了一隻蟑螂。請加強房間的清潔工作。今天的早餐服務也令人失望，餐廳工作人員不允許外帶，儘管早餐配額是兩人份，而我們只用了一份。請加強對入住客人的早餐服務。謝謝。

這個酒店離機場好近，早上可以自己走路🚶去機場，都不用打的坐車，感覺還是非常不錯的
