Holiday home Melani is located in village Sinac in Central part of Croatia. It is in the middle of two national parks (Plitvice lakes and North Velebit). Valley where house is, is famous for its crystal clear river named Gacka. Area is very quiet not very populated. House is very well equipped and designed. 3 bedrooms with smart TV's, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet. In garden there is pool 9,5m x 4m size, sauna, grilling place. Property is fenced. There is trampoline for kids, sand playground and other toys for kids. Private garage is free of charge. There is grocery shop 200m from the house and nearby restaurants are few minutes drive by car or 25min by foot.
