Cabe recalcar que el hotel está limpio a nivel de instalaciones, pero la ropa de baño tanto como de cama, muy muy pero que de muy mala calidad, las toallas parecen trapos y las sabanas fundas de muebles.

我和先生每次去巴塞隆納，都會住在巴達洛納濱海酒店 (Hotel Marina Badalona)。
遺憾的是，飯店的管理、設施和清潔度一如既往地每況愈下。
電梯太長了；每次有客人要電梯，我們都必須跑到各個樓層。
我們入住了他們提供的不同房間，以下是他們的回饋：
行李存放空間很小，房間裡只有一張椅子，電視無法收看。其中一間套房有兩台電視，儘管我兩次反映，但只有一台能用，而且沒有頻道選擇。露台的一扇窗戶鬆脫了。我們在浴室裡發現了前一位客人用過的一塊肥皂。我們入住期間，客房服務人員沒有把它拿走。
更衣室的木質門壞了，所以你必須用力才能打開。
沒有刷子清潔馬桶。沐浴露、洗髮精和護髮素這三種產品，要么是空的，要么用力按就會停止工作。
早餐絕對不算豐盛，選擇也少，價格也與實際供應不符。早餐很普通：麵包、果醬、奶油、蜂蜜、柳橙汁、雞蛋、迷你羊角麵包、迷你巧克力麵包和幾片水果，但像獼猴桃這樣的水果就寡淡無味。如果你在用餐結束前15到20分鐘到達，你除了紅肉什麼也吃不下，儘管自助餐通常應該在客人用餐時補充。
飯店沒有娛樂活動，泳池太小。幸好海灘就在隔壁，因為考慮到房間數量，我們總是擠不下屋頂。
考慮到客人數量，接待處的座位已經不夠用了。接待處的酒吧空無一人。
至於水療中心，水沒有淨化；地板起泡，有些磁磚裂開，大泳池裡的一個水龍頭也壞了。這種情況已經持續了好幾個月，我們分別在二月、六月和八月來過，但到現在還沒修好。
我們把這些情況告知您，是為了讓我們作為客人能夠享受並希望再次入住您的酒店。飯店地理位置優越，部分房間景色優美，您必須竭盡全力保持一定的品質水平，並提供新的服務。酒店投入了數百萬美元，盈利能力也擺在那裡，所以您必須知道如何利用這些資金。您還需要為所有那些隨著時間的推移和客人的到來而磨損的設施預留預算。
電梯裡有幾處未清理的大水坑。
我們對前台、水療中心和餐廳的工作人員沒什麼好說的。他們盡職盡責。儘管我認為他們可以更加細心，對客人更加微笑。不要因為我們說西班牙語有困難、無法詢問資訊或其他問題而對他們抱持偏見，甚至思想狹隘，不要覺得我們打擾了他們。

Великолепное местоположение отеля, инфраструктура отеля после реставрации, прекрасный вид из номера. В номере халат, тапочки, чайник с чайными принадлежностями. Завтрак континентальный европейский в ресторане отеля. На крыше терасса с сезонным бассейном. Рекомендую.

這家酒店的房間非常小，但是位置卻是出奇的方便，靠近感恩大街，門口一堆米其林餐廳，大牌店也在附近，樓上的泳池和露台我很喜歡，非常chill，可以坐一天，馬路邊大姨媽有很多brunch店，非常的不錯。服務也算不錯吧，大堂經理很有腔調，這個酒店綜合起來算不錯。

Grosse Zimmer, schöner Pool, in der Naehe Tram und Bus in die Stadt. Bus zum Flughafen, allerdings 50 Minuten. Fußläufig in netter Park und angrenzend kleine Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Ruhige Lage. Man kann an der Straße kostenlos parken.

飯店離機場很近，往返非常方便。飯店看起來有點老舊，但設施齊全，自助早餐也還不錯。
然而，飯店距離超市、飯店餐廳以外的其他餐飲場所都比較遠，附近也沒有景點或購物場所，需要前往市區更遠的地方。
如果您是來參觀 Skyfall 夜總會或參加酒店附屬展廳的展覽，那麼這裡很合適。但除此之外，我建議您選擇一家離市中心更近的飯店。

酒店位置靠近機場，但是附近什麼都沒有
附近的B&B酒店樓下就有大商場，步行過去需要10分鐘
酒店房間空調壞的，窗衹能開上部分通風，開窗之後附近的高速公路噪音非常大，不開窗又超級悶熱
如開車到酒店初期會找不到停車場入口，可以停在酒店對面地面的白色停車位，免費
酒店早餐ok吧，不算好
最重要是，沒有機場巴士，下次不會再住了

Fantastic hotel in a very remote location in Begur, Costa Brava. The hotel is beautiful and if you are happy with relaxing at your accommodation for your stay, then this is very ideal. The staff however in general are far from ideal. Many have an arrogant persona from the start and often give off the impression they are doing you a favour by simply doing their job. The rooms are beautiful with great scenic views but lack the basic amenities that basic hotels would offer. Overall a beautiful hotel, just let down by a mixture of inept and incompetent staff.

訪訪客用戶On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

訪訪客用戶A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

從圖片和先前的評論來看，一切似乎都好得令人難以置信…
到達時感覺一般，我必須詢問該怎麼去我被分配到的房間（通常至少會有一名接待人員指引你）
到達我的房間（104）一樓。
打開門，來到一個明亮通風的房間，我的第一個想法是這太可愛了。
放下行李，洗了個澡，事情就開始變糟了……讓我解釋一下……
現在我知道這不是五星級的，但如果我完全誠實的話，我住過更乾淨的二星級酒店...
對於一家四星級飯店來說，清潔工對細節的關注遠低於標準。
淋浴門上覆蓋著水垢（用點力氣就能輕鬆除掉）
淋浴門外緣有黴菌和污物（見圖）
水槽邊的磁磚上到處都是濺出的痕跡（就像牙膏留下的痕跡）
水槽排水不良（似乎被堵塞了）
踢腳板肯定已經好幾個星期/幾個月沒有擦過了
所有標準/基本設施都是你期望任何一家酒店，尤其是四星級酒店所具備的，還是說我很挑剔？
然後我打電話給前台要了一些牛奶，這樣我就可以泡一杯咖啡了（房間裡有水壺）
接待員說他們沒有新鮮牛奶，只有「粉袋裝」的牛奶，是我喝過的味道最難聞的牛奶（就像嬰兒奶粉/普通牛奶）
顯然餐廳關門了，所以他們無法進去喝新鮮牛奶？
接待員建議我去超市，距離飯店步行 25 分鐘即可到達🤦♀️
碰巧的是，接待處外面有一台咖啡機，所以我發現自己趕緊下樓去買了一台。 （不是最方便的，但我們繼續前進）
我曾在傳單上看到廣告說有一家屋頂餐廳，但是當我詢問時，它似乎已經不存在了？
該餐廳僅在早餐時間開放，所以沒有食物提供，甚至沒有小吃？但他們宣傳客房服務，所以不確定具體如何運作？
室外游泳池關閉了，這很好，但你甚至不能坐在躺椅上，因此......除了酒店外沒有地方可坐。
真可惜，所有這些小問題都讓它失去了作為一家廣告中所說的四星級酒店的形象。
現在說說正面的一面...
從房間看到的海景很美
它就在馬路對面，有幾英里長的沙灘
附近有幾家不錯的餐廳，從中午 12 點開始供應早午餐/晚餐，價格合理。
該地區本身非常安靜，對於單獨旅行者來說感覺足夠安全。

DDan@1978酒店位置非常好。絕緣程度一般。淋浴間的門有缺陷，水從下面流過。浴室裡沒有百葉窗，進入房間的光線太多。游泳池一般，高度小了80厘米，但是360度的景色很美。床很舒服，還有坐墊。早餐很棒。

KKerryyao四星級的酒店衞生肯定很好，我們從機場到酒店20分鐘，還是凌晨三點多的時候，離著名的景點都有一定的距離，從酒店到msc港口週六時間也要15分鐘。酒店的設施有點欠缺，沒有提供牙刷，還好我們🈶準備額，還有桌子上面也沒有餐廳紙，房間裏面沒有茶壺，對我們喝罐了英式奶茶來説這比較難受，還好有提供飲料和水。總之這個性價比對我們衹是睡了幾個小時來説性價比有點偏低，不是很推薦，但是酒店服務人員都很友善。

PPoline:)住宿條件很棒，服務也很棒，還有價格實惠的水療中心。早餐很豐盛，但略顯陳舊。他們應該提供更多蛋白質選擇。
住宿就在海灘邊，風景優美，設施齊全。如果有機會，我願意再帶家人來這裡。

訪訪客用戶從巴塞隆納埃爾普拉特機場到卡斯塔德費爾酒店，搭乘優步只需16分鐘。飯店很容易找到，靠近購物中心和一家營業至凌晨1點的漢堡王，這真是個貼心的提示。飯店旁邊還有肯德基、Lidl、家樂福和Aldi超市。我們沒有在飯店吃早餐，但飯店的早餐看起來不錯，有雞蛋、香腸和烘焙食品。飯店有游泳池和乒乓球桌，可以向前台索取球拍和球。無線網路訊號很好，我們只住了兩晚，這兩晚體驗很棒。唯一讓我有點不滿的是，當時只有一個前台接待員，我等了一會兒才有人接待，但她熱情友好的問候彌補了這一點。

AARC5555這家飯店很新，高層客房視野極佳，陽台尤其令人心曠神怡。房間寬敞明亮，配備保險箱、吹風機等生活必需品。如有需要，例如熱水壺等特殊設備，只需向前台諮詢即可。
入住辦理快速方便，搭乘電梯即可快速抵達客房。飯店設有餐廳和咖啡廳，餐廳的自助早餐豐盛美味。
屋頂酒吧設有室內外區域和一個小型無邊際泳池，非常棒，但我想旺季時可能會比較擁擠。
飯店位置尚可，但並非完美。步行約 5-10 分鐘即可到達最近的電車站或地鐵站（可能是 El Maresme Forum），附近還有一個大型購物中心。步行 20 分鐘即可抵達海灘，或者您也可以搭乘距離酒店僅 5 分鐘路程的 H16 號公車前往沿海的大部分海灘區域。酒店附近也有一些小商店和酒吧，但品質一般。缺點是，飯店旁邊似乎是一個破舊的居民區，經常有形跡可疑的人出沒。
從飯店搭乘地鐵或電車前往市區大約需要 25-30 分鐘。
服務人員很友好，房間每天都打掃得很乾淨。只有一次，大約在上午 11:30，一位酒店員工粗魯地敲門，大聲喊著“退房”，但我們明明預訂了好幾天。我告訴他之後，他道了歉，顯然他拿錯了房間，但這種溝通錯誤在一家四星級飯店不應該發生。還有一天，我們丟掉了之前空的瓶子，卻沒有收到免費的瓶裝水。除此之外，一切都很好。
總而言之，我會推薦這家飯店，因為它擁有美麗的城市景觀、嶄新乾淨的房間以及極具競爭力的價格。搭乘大眾運輸工具前往市區和海灘需要 15-30 分鐘，因此建議購買一張 Hola Barcelona 卡。
