Hotel has amazing view on the Vistula river on Wawel castle. The room was clean and comfortable. Sitting on a terrace with wine in the evening is a poem. Once you cross the river, you will immediately find many nice restaurants and bars in the old district of Krakow.

A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

地點絕佳的精品飯店，地理位置優越，方便探索舊城區。飯店乾淨、溫馨、舒適，員工們辛勤工作，讓飯店保持最佳狀態。早餐選擇豐富，既有現點現做的，也有種類豐富的自助餐。房間裝潢精美，床很舒服，設施齊全。唯一的缺點是淋浴間漏水，導致浴室有點積水，但這只是個小問題。房間雖小，但價格合理，住了兩晚，問題不大。總而言之，我們住得很愉快，我會毫不猶豫地再次入住這裡。
