房間裏的客房服務達不到標準,我們非常失望。淋浴凝膠和組織沒有更換,淋浴區堵塞了...儘管抱怨它沒有固定。 茶壺沒有在迷你酒吧補充。 一般客房清潔不符合泰姬陵的標準,我們已經習慣了!

無與倫比的工作人員!每個人都很愉快和善良。對於有孩子的家庭來說,這是很棒的,因爲那裏有活動和充足的娛樂空間。工作人員做得很好清潔,但溼度會產生黴味。也許酒店可以處理一些事情。機場接送應該是免費的(雖然不是)。我們會回去,因爲熱情的工作人員和氛圍。

Wonderful stay, courteous staff, food and hospitality is super fine

The AC was not working properly the whole night me and my family did not sleep well

Amazing place, great staff, Front office manager is a great guy. Restaurant manager Jolly is a saint like person. Bell boy Jaffer is so helpful. The owner of this hotel is lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated staff.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever. The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us. The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants. The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there. In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport. The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.
