Good location and neat ambience to stay with family. Food taste is not great and costly

Wonderful stay, courteous staff, food and hospitality is super fine

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

The AC was not working properly the whole night me and my family did not sleep well

*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever. The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us. The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants. The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there. In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport. The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.

The property was excellent and the check in was quick even when we reached late night, the front office executive was so helpful and followed up for dinner arrangements as we were reaching late night. The property has an amazing view and the location is very quiet and pleasant like the resort name. Overall we had an amazing stay at pleasant hill resort.
