房間裏的客房服務達不到標準,我們非常失望。淋浴凝膠和組織沒有更換,淋浴區堵塞了...儘管抱怨它沒有固定。
茶壺沒有在迷你酒吧補充。
一般客房清潔不符合泰姬陵的標準,我們已經習慣了!

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever.
The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us.
The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants.
The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there.
In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport.
The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.

訪訪客用戶We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good.
Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.

訪訪客用戶Amazing place, great staff, Front office manager is a great guy. Restaurant manager Jolly is a saint like person. Bell boy Jaffer is so helpful. The owner of this hotel is lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated staff.

The tranquil surroundings amid-st the spice plantations provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hospitality was good. Byju the care taker showed us the entire plantations. Exploring the spice gardens and trekking in the nearby hills were definite highlights, offering a glimpse into kerala's natural beauty. Food is not available at the premises, you have to go 1km to have food. Overall, my stay at sunleo spice villas and homestays exceeded my expectations, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and rejuvenating getaway”
