前台工作人員很熱情地接待，工作人員都會說英語，還幫忙把行李搬到房間，酒店衛生很乾凈，工作人員在9點鐘時打電話提醒吃早餐，部分早餐是到達餐廳后可以按菜單個人定製早餐去現場做的，工作人員提供服務幫忙叫中餐和晚餐到酒店。酒店老闆知道我是中國人後，讓前台工作人員要多多關照我，有任何需要幫忙都可以找他們。工作人員還幫忙電召出租車。離開酒店后，工作人員還很熱情把我的行李搬上出租車。 服務：熱情，有禮貌，細心 衛生：很乾凈，每天都打掃 設施：齊全

Very clean, comfortable place. Reception manager was very helpful. I forgot to request an early check-in, but the manager kindly offered an early check-in to us. Actually I am very surprised (in a good sense) to find that kind of service in Nukus. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was OK. Again, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very conveniently located on the opposite side of the airport. Every place we visited was very close (in the radius of 4-5km). Taxi in Nukus is very cheap, but the navigation doesn't work correctly. We were on 1 day business trip and stayed only 1 night in Deluxe room (however, it looks smaller than on the picture), but I can highly recommend the place. The world famous Savitskiy museum is only 4 min drive from the hotel. It is definitely a MUST. Already decided to bring my family here only to visit this museum. I will stay in Pana Hotel again

Petit hôtel propre est bien tenu. Situé tout proche de l’aéroport est à 20 minutes à pied du musée Stravinsky. Personnel très agréable même si la communication en anglais reste compliquée faute de touristes à Nukus. Certaines chambres sont beaucoup plus vastes que d’autres, les salles de bain mériteraient une rénovation et la literie dépend de la chambre qui vous est attribuée. Wi-fi et petit déjeuner impeccable. Note attribuée en raison du rapport qualité prix
