A small hotel but with warm environment. Everything was clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is convenient, walkable to/from city center and train station. Just a bus ride (K4) to the bus terminal. Staff was very helpful. We had a very lovely stay in Erzurum.

我們是兩年前來的。位置很棒。最佳價格/效益。早上的早餐也不錯，住宿加早餐，之後就在山里，晚上就可以在城裡消磨時光。我忘了經理的名字，但她每次都把我們寵壞了。謝謝。

We didnt expect much from this place as we only planned to sleep and continue our trip. And the room provided the basics .However, our car experienced a problem that needed a mechanic, being Sunday everything is closed yet our hotel manager went out of his way and found us a mechanic who solved our problem at a good price. This hotel won me over and for this reason i wrote a review… the service was way beyond a room for the night. Thank you

酒店很漂亮,早餐很寬,房間很乾淨

Отель расположен напротив большой городской больницы. Жаль, что в стоимость, которая не маленькая, не входит завтрак. Не понравилась сауна - был ужасный запах канализации и отсутствовала бутилированная вода. Унитаз в номере был с налетом в сливе. Из вентиляции просачивался запах сигарет, при том, что этаж был для некурящих. В остальном номера чистые и уютные.
