Traditional B&B since 1969 with owner Sylvia who has mastered the art in anticipation to the needs of her guess. The room had comfortable firm mattresses, clean carpets.. The bathroom was recently modernised with a modern toilet and shower. The Irish breakfast I had scored a 10/10 - best bacon, sausage and white pudding butter & jam from her local suppliers in Tipporary. The friendliness I don't have to mention. The 92% score I can validate. Definitely I will retur to Ach na Sheen Guest house.
Everything was good, except that there was no air conditioning, there was only a fan in the room. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and of decent size.
Stayed here the bank Holiday weekend. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. However we waited in a queue for 20mins for a table in the enclosure bar. Having been seated and given our order we waited 45mins for our mains. When the food came it was dry and very disappointing. Breakfast was no better tasted like it had been cooked and left sit for a while.
