At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. 球賽前一天酒店價格很高很高建議提前預訂。 酒店位置很不錯，門口就是阿爾伯特碼頭，旁邊就是大公交站，比賽前後有926 927直達安菲爾德來回非常方便，就憑這一點以後來肯定還是訂這家。服務很好，有味道或者設施有問題要求換房都滿足，因為比賽日房間滿了沒給升房還送了兩杯酒吧飲品。唯一美中不足的就是床頭的皮革估計是頭蹭的狐臭味有點大，哪個房間都一樣，衹能倒着頭睡，如果能把味道清理乾淨就更好了

毫無亮點的一個酒店，說舊不舊，說新不新。房間喝茶的小奶包被上一個客人打開過，打掃衛生的沒看，繼續給我放着。早餐非常簡單，英式早點幾簡單幾樣之外一點沒多給點其他選擇，完全不值2000多價格。

很好也很舒服的酒店，員工非常的友善，環境非常的乾淨，短暫的休息身心可以得到很好的放鬆，早餐選擇雖然不多但是很齊全也很好吃。不愧是連鎖酒店管理很有一套。傳統的英式下午茶千萬不能錯過。

酒店位於利物浦市中心，地理位置絕佳，距離lime street火車站7分鐘路程，距離central station也衹有5分鐘，去利物浦天主座堂、利物浦大學、Liverpool One、Albert Dock、China town等重要景點和商業區都衹有十來分鐘，附近還有“仁愛街”可以滿足想念中餐的寶子。酒店本身很老舊，適合喜愛欣賞舊建築的遊客，但是住宿房間的裝修維護非常勉強，Google上也有很多對此表示惋惜的評價。我們住在room 146，位於二樓東南角，遠離一樓酒吧所以相對安靜不少，房間整體還是非常寬敞的，衞生整潔度還不錯，可惜卧室暖氣不工作，天氣也不算太冷就沒去找前台解決——前台多數時間非常忙，也可能我們是週末入住，所以一直看到前台在排隊。如果不介意酒店住房設施陳舊，這家可以算是利物浦性價比數一數二的酒店了。

Staff where very friendly and helpful, breakfast here was continental breakfast and had a nice choice so I enjoyed my breakfast, other foods in local are has a really good variety and hotel was in a good place for site seeing and walks around Southport

Booked a shared toilet room but turn out no need to share. Nice location, less than half hour walk to Anfield, and less than half hour bus to City. Clean and simple, suitable for watching football game. Have Macdonald nearby, and a pub in which only £3 a pint of beer

Has an amazing stay at this hotel , food was amazing and singer was great last night. I’m a support worker , staff went the extra mile to look after the gent I brought away. We will defo be returning
