Because I wanted a room on an upper floor I was initially given a suite and then moved to a King. I much preferred the King but both were fine...clean, adequate plug ins and closet space. Both had microwave, frig and Keurig. The suite had a sofa and two double beds. The King..well, a king bed and a chaise lounge. Temp controls, luggage and desk space were great. Very decent on site gym and pool. MOST important was the staff. I had a family emergency, drove 13 hours and wasn't much concerned with the ambience. What impressed me most was the kindness and efficiency of the staff. I was met by Mo (sp?) for a late check in and he didn't blink when I asked to be moved to an upper floor. From Karen in housekeeping to Judy in the breakfast area, the staff was outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about the manager, Troy. As my plans kept changing, I was always met with kindness and a smile. Whenever I complimented the hotel, he always cited the team he managed and attributed my positive impressions to the staff. Troy and his staff, in showing simple kindness, in addition to efficient customer service, made all the difference in the world. I would definitely stay there again.
