Although a shuttle bus available to Castries & the beach they were only once an hour 9-11am & 1-3pm,
not frequent enough!
Entertainment throughout the day & night.
Food available throughout the day in different locations including the upper pool which was good. Most staff friendly & helpful.
Housekeeping work very very hard to keep on top of things.
At departure there was a discrepancy & we were told we had a bar bill to pay, “Hennessy Whisky” a premium product which is not included in the “all inclusive!” It wasn’t us & we were made to feel like thieves, they didn’t believe us & take our word even though we had an explanation for the day & time it was supposed to have been charged. They made us feel very uncomfortable & even when we’d checked out staff came back & insisted it was us!
We asked they checked security cameras & eventually we were told not to worry they were looking into it & we wouldn’t have to pay!
That whole experience should have been avoided, customers should be believed & not be questioned. Somebody was trying to get away without paying for the drinks & gave a wrong room number intentionally in my opinion. We are guests after all that contribute to staff wages!
