This was my third visit. Stayed two nights. As before it was a lovely experience. We were upgraded to Super Deluxe accommodation at discounted price. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Excellent balcony for relaxing listening to and watching weaver birds and beautiful views. Friendly and polite staff. Good food. Good room service. Will definitely back soon

Staff are lovely no complaints hygiene is 10/10 they give you more freebies than most hotels definitely coming back here again. The check in was a bit long they could do with speeding that process up. Apart from that I can't complain. Front desk always go above and beyond for guests .

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel during my recent visit to Kisumu. The hotel is located right in the city centre, next to a shopping centre, which is convenient to go to anyway within the city. There was nothing much to do after dark when the shopping centre closed, however this is the case for the entire city. The room given had a large double bed, well-equipped with toiletries and tea/ coffee making facilities. There was also slippers and safe in the room. Breakfast was included during my stay, which was nice. The choice was great, with plenty of foods to choose from. There was also a swimming pool and a bar and gym next to it. The staff were also very friendly during my stay. I believe this is one of the best hotels in Kisumu and will recommend it to anyone visiting Kisumu.
