我們在Jaypee Manor度過了美好的時光!服務非常好,達到了標準。晚茶和早餐都很棒。有很多兒童的有趣活動,我們的孩子真的很享受。
酒店屋頂的景色絕對迷人 - 它給你如此積極和放鬆的氛圍,完美的寒氣氛圍。
入住期間是我老婆生日,團隊貼心安排了小的免費房間裝飾*****,還送了蛋糕,真是一個可愛的手勢,讓我們的體驗更加特別。

Everything was perfect. I loved the ambiance of the room, the level of cleanliness, and the services provided. I wish to visit the same property every time i go to rishikesh in the future. The convenience of visiting markets and temples is superb.

The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

不久我就將這份客房寫得這麼積極,以2晚的客房爲基礎,很快,餐廳很不錯,人均適應,對個人的味道,還有一點點的調味。早餐包已經準備好了,因爲我們已經離開了11.06.00小時。
建議:冷飲品會很美好(雖然有冰可供使用 ) 在牆邊長桌子的房間裏,你喜歡1或2個停機,以便連接你的筆記本電腦和類似的。

我們住了1天。我們帶了湖景房,房間很小,但很舒適,景色很棒。房間和廁所很乾淨。打的部分是所有的水上運動,距離酒店步行3分鐘。沒有湖景房看起來很小。食物很貴,還可以,還不錯,但種類還可以。工作人員很有禮貌。他們甚至在早上給我們新鮮的毛巾,即使浴室裏有2條毛巾。總體來說會推薦入住

The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation.
Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch:
Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail.
A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors.

I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

訪訪客用戶這是我目前印度之行住的第五家酒店,也是bfar最不滿意的。說實話,也是最便宜的,但不是僅僅爲了價格選擇它;它有很多很棒的點評。我到達的那天,我被塞住了,因爲它看起來跑下來了:油漆從臥室的牆壁上掉下來,浴室的牆壁和地板有污漬,毛巾和牀單有污漬。我相信毛巾和牀單很乾淨,但是從污漬上看很髒。最認真的酒店都會丟棄,其實這家酒店感覺更像旅社(破敗的旅社),簡直不敢相信在Trip.com上這麼多好評,很多人給十來個!瘋狂!而且很可疑!應該更仔細地閱讀差評,因爲所有的警示牌都在。反正良心推薦這家酒店,對工作人員感覺不好,因爲他們夠友好。業主應該在裝修上做大投資,最後應該別忘了提臥室有門窗,但是沒有視野,除了隔壁的建築牆。所以,沒有視野,沒有陽光進入房間。位置不錯,就景點來說,但是酒店街很吵,去的話要個離前面的房間

管理建議：修理咖啡機或添加熱水瓶。當您有國際客人入住時，如果早餐包含更有營養的黑麵包、蜂蜜和一些密封香蕉，那就太好了。

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded my room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise.

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
