在印度拉賈斯坦邦，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

經常出國旅行，也住過很多高端酒店，但是從來沒有住過如此完美的酒店，無與倫比，如夢幻一般，從進入酒店的歡迎儀式那一刻，就感受到他的王者氣派與殷勤備至的服務，取消了幾個當地的景點觀光計劃，一家四口足足在這裏呆了24小時才依依不捨離開，後來才了解到，這家酒店2016年被評為全球第一的最佳酒店

World class service, more than that very personalized In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very ”homely”, took care of the kids like their own Facilities were really good Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree I would recommend this ”palace” to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

This review is really about the staff, especially Diksha.  She made our stay very memorable. The hotel is comfortable if not a bit loud because of the outside traffic noise.  The fitness center is great but the pool is very small. The food is wonderful and dining services very attentive.  Diksha is called Chatterbox because of her effusive personality.  She always is smiling and her attention made us feel very special.

Rooms are big overall property is good but it seems they were cost cutting everywhere as staff was not adequate they were operating with very less staff, ac not working of common area even lobby reception area, buffet food was ok, but dont buy there cake our birthday was spoiled as cake seems to old 5-6 days we unable to have a bite of it. There was no basic amenities like towels, dental kit, even hand wash dispenser was empty we have to ask for everything then they provide. Service was too slow. But we didn't spoil our mood overall property is good for weekend getaway with family but dont expect much like 4/5 star hotels.

Excellent property. Very nice views and very serene location. The food was good overall. Highly recommended for 2 nights or so.

我出差入住這家飯店，它位於齋浦爾的「新」一側，離機場不太遠，也遠離舊城區的交通擁堵。房間、設施等都適合商務旅客。唯一的就是訂的飯店接送機場不準時。我們預訂了下午 2.45 下午從酒店出發，但我們的司機很早就到了，下午 2.15 就到了。我們告訴司機我們下午2.45才出發。令我們震驚的是，下午 2 點 45 分，司機還沒來。事實上，酒店為他安排了另一份工作。下午 3 點才為我們提供了一名替代司機。我們已經支付了接送費用，否則我們會預訂優步來送我們到機場。真遺憾，否則整個住宿會很精彩。

酒店很美，而且歡迎禮也讓人覺得酒店很友好熱情。 整理的環境，地理位置，和價位，都是當地最豪華的配置了。食物也挑不出毛病吧，因為中國人喜歡吃的東西十分有限，所以總得找到能吃的東西，就已經很開心了。酒店的女性員工都非常的棒，看見有帶着小朋友的家庭，都願意幫忙照顧。 但是男性的員工就不太一樣了，經常有明顯的明示和暗示的索取小費，這就讓人很不爽。 晚上有很多活動，木偶劇，印度傳統舞蹈，音樂等等。2分鐘的木偶劇結束，這印度人就出來問我索要小費，這讓我十分不開心，所以離開酒店的時候反應給了大堂經理。但是這一點點不愉快，不影響對酒店整體的評價。帶着孩子旅行的家庭，非常值得推薦這個酒店。泳池也是超級大。

與家人一起住的很棒。有點粗糙和冗長的入住,吵鬧的走廊,人們在大廳和陽台上大喊大叫,甚至深夜。上面的我們度過了一個夢幻般的住宿。非常有禮貌和樂於助人的員工和團隊,很棒的家政服務,一流的早餐。肯定會推薦並再次訪問。
